I visited today May 29, 2022 at 4:30pm and the person at the drive through declined to let us order a Bacon Mcdouble despite it being on the menu. She wanted to give us a cheeseburger instead and charge us extra for the bacon. My boyfriend told her it was on the menu and she ignored him. We also had to repeat the items on our order several times. Worker was rude and slow.
This rating is for my grandkids. They love McDonald's! My grandkids look forward going to McDonald's, it's their favorite place for breakfast or lunch.
Waited 21 minutes for 2 happy meals. There was plenty of staff but they priorities drive thru orders so much that the 3 people inside waited forever.
Rude and completely incompetant staff at this location. Every time I have gone here I have had something wrong with my order, OR I have to pull into a spot and wait 15+ minutes. Today was my last time coming here after the drive thru staff memeber wanted to give me attitude over asking for ranch for my kids' happy meals. Yes the bigger dude that always runs the drive thru and can never look anyone in the eye. Just throws you your food and goes about his day. I've worked an array of jobs including mcdonalds and 10 years in customer service. Do better.

How hard is it to press the no pickles button? Charge me for extra cheese and yet put none in any of the burgers I ordered. Deserves 0 stars. $16 per hour is way too much for yall
Abdolute worse service today ever. Keep you receipts. They are charging everybody for the wrong order. You will be paying for someone else food. Whoever is taking orders need to get kicked out the drive thru

Rude management makes up their own rules about the playground, sometimes it's open next time it's not, went inside to order food and the drive through employees were yelling profanity in front my kids while there was no front counter service and waited 10 minutes for them to stop arguing....I've had other bad expiriences here as well ...I think it's time for reveiws to drive these guys out....maybey they can put in a Popeyes or a nice diner
