Breakfast food quality has taken a huge dip. Hope they bring back making it fresh to order. Or pay employees more / stop skeleton staffing so they'll be able to keep workers
Very efficient and professional staff, great timely service. Very disappointed that the patio tables were so dirty we had to dine inside, mens room dirty as well. Hopefully next time it will look better or it will be my last time. ( This was noon on a weekday with very few patrons.
I know mistakes happen. I left the drive-through without double checking my order(My bad), but when you drive home and then have to drive back to McDonald's and get the rest of your order, and not 1 employee will look you in the eye and apologize. ?They were busy, no doubt, but come on, if it's your fault .... Just apologize... A sincere apology will go a long way.
I was very impressed with my 2:52 PM afternoon visit of February 1, 2020. (Drive-Thru) The gentleman taking my order was clear over the speaker, precise, accurate, and extremely polite. I was impressed! It is rare and uncommon to find a young person manning the register who will take your order with such a high degree of courtesy and care. This McDonald’s like other businesses must be facing a difficult time to find good employees. This gentleman should be commended for his excellent representation of McDonalds. I really appreciated being treated in the courteous manner that I was treated here at McDonald’s. It might sound small to some people, but when you’re out and about every day, and you have an opportunity to see what service is like at various merchants, and various food locations, this gentleman stood out. And he stood OUT very nicely. GREAT JOB! Thank you.
Pretty standard as far as Mc Donald's goes.. we only ever get breakfast but they do a good job ?
This place always has great service. I’m so shocked by the low rating. The food is made very quickly and I have only had to wait once. The managers are fair and have no problems correcting any issues (I have had one or two coffees made incorrectly and they fix it without issue). This is literally the smoothest service I’ve had from any McDonalds in the Sacramento area and surrounding area. The employees seem to enjoy what they do here also which is a rarity in such a fast paced workplace in this current worker shortage. Have been going here for over a year now. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. They are quick, accurate, and friendly.
Long wait to order, not all foods served here and restrooms closed to all customers/ as the employee went in and out of them. When ask if (I a paying customer) could use the restroom was told they were out of service I would have to go to Subway or Jimboy's to use there restroom.
Being a person who doesn't consume pork products, I've had trouble in the past getting a substitute for the sausage on the Big Breakfast with hotcakes. But not at this store. They were more than willing to substitute an extra Hash Brown Potato for the sausage and THAT is customer service. Some of the other locations don't know about customer service. This location was clean and inviting, the employees were polite and respectful, and this HAS to be the best experience I've EVER had at a McDonalds location. Kudos to the Manager and Employees at McDonalds #12945 at 1190 Cirby Way, Roseville California. Great job!
This has got to be the worst mc Donalds in the franchise!! These loosers made me dig my receipt out of the trash to replace my daughter's two cheeseburgers that weren't made plain! Are you serious!! I had the two burgers that were made incorrectly.This place is unbelievable!! I will never eat McDonald's again because of this place and the looser behind the window. Customer service seems to be a joke now a days but this McDonald's is the biggest of them all! I hate McDonald's!! I hope this one closes down!Did i mention i will never eat this garbage again!? Just incase.....never!
