I really like to give great reviews but....Unfortunately my visit was not the happiest.The quality "shrunk". Waited longer than expected in the drive through and got a cold burger and warm soggy fries.Yuck! After one bite that meal was disgarded and went elsewhere to dine.
I have been going to McDonald’s all my life and I am 60years old and in all those years I have never been refused service. The Latino who did speak to us after standing at the counter for ten minutes informed us that we either had to order using the key osk or on our phones and that they weren’t offering front counter assistance. His attitude was very rude and short. Turning away business especially a family of six is just bad business. I will be contacting corporate about this. Absolutely unforgivable.
Playground is still blocked off and unavailable. We ate in the lobby area and were served slower than drive thru with only 2 orders taken before us.
It's McDonald's what can I say? It's not healthy, highly processed, and doesn't taste great but my grandkids like happy meals but more importantly the surprises they contain.
Employees seemed tired, bad and had a short attitude. I mean if you don't like being paid 15 an hour, then quit and work somewhere else
Fast service correct, order first time, prices all gone up... Fast food is not the deal it used to be.
I was excited because I finally found a McDonald's that I was able to sit down and eat, but it was as if they forgot how to help the people that were in the dining area . The manager was rude and snappy and had me wait 5 mins before she would help me. Then when I got my food it was very sloppy. I was very surprised and disappointed.
Paid for 3 egg Mcmuffins and only got 2. Double checked my receipt and sure enough I got shorted. Should have looked in bag before I left drive thru. Live and learn.
There is a lot of dishonesty from bothThe Chevron side and the McDonald’s side. They will throw you under the bus if it saves them the effort of doing their jobs or being truthful in their business. Won’t buy anything here going forward.
The crew at this Mickey D's are attentive and friendly. Whether curbside or drive-thru my orders have been accurate and I don't have to wait long.
