Dark gray onion on my qtr pounder. I looked because it tasted off. No excuse for bad veggies.
Drive-thru was slow, and food was okay. Fries we warm and soggy, not fresh and Big Mac patties were cold, didn't even melt the cheese. Nuggets were fresh, but forgot the sauce and the didn't include napkins in bag.
Drove 700 miles and found this BW in Evanston. Neat historical town, good motel. Rooms are drive up and very quiet. Breakfast was included with great coffee and service. Don't know when we will be back but I would stay here again.
Typical fast food joint, nothing special, the food is average and the customer service is average except for one of their Drive through employees a Hispanic male, the man goes above and beyond in his service to customers and his friendliness always feels genuine.
Honestly, if I could give this McDonald's ZERO stars I would. First of all, McDonald's is one of the places my husband and I secretly visit multiple times a week just for the strawberry shakes. Truly, it's one of our guilty pleasures. Not to mention, I worked at Mcdonalds in high school, so I love to show my support! But when my husband and I were having a late night sweet tooth for a strawberry shake around midnight, we quickly looked up multiple locations to see if any were open. This location was the only one that said they were open until 1am! So it was extremely frustrating when we drove out of our way to go hit this McDonald's to find no one was working the drive through, after sitting and waiting for someone to take our order we finally drive up to the second window where the employees were being loud, making jokes and laughing. We sat there for about 5 minutes without saying anything hoping that one of the employees would realize we were there and take our order. Unfortunately that didn't happen. My husband decided to grab their attention by saying "hello and is anyone going to take our order?" We were ignored. My husband finally knocked on the drive through window when finally a young gal came to the window and said they were closed. At this point it was 12:50am. My husband said to her that they close at 1am and she responded and said, not tonight we want to leave early and shut the window on us. So basically for the last hour that we were aware of, all employees didn't work, do their job and essentially shut down this location on their own free will. I know that if McDonald's says it's open until 1am then that's what it means.Very disappointing for two regular customers
Checked nuggets were not hot and they made a big deal about sauce.
Very bad customer service after I did the mobile order and paid online the manger sandy ask me to paid it again I how show to her it’s paid and grow to her my bank account has been charge but she keep saying it’s not paid and then she cancels my order with very rude way, don’t try this location, employees like her will make Mcdonald’s go down
I was just in time before lunch i guess because while i was waiting at the second window for my order 5 cars pulled out in front of me to leave, they ordered , paid, got their order and left . I should have came in behind them, maybe i would have gotten my order faster.
Its ya boy back with another of the golden arches standard stuff good quality food fair prices and hardworking staff, those quarter pounders are awesome gotta get those extra pickles
We all know how the orders get messed up. Frustrating
