Workers don’t care about customer service, lack basic common sense. After having to go over the order 4-5 times with barista, she failed to ask the type of preparation that I wanted (slush instead of tea). I asked if it could be blended, they said I would have to purchase a whole new order (an additional 15$). I wasn’t going to spend 30$ on two drinks. I ended up taking it home and blending in my own blender. The stupidity boggles the imagination.
Really nice staff, and pretty good milk tea. They have a very wide selection of flavors and you can mix and match them, you get up to 3 flavors combined per drink.
This boba shop has improved a lot since the last time I came (5+ years ago). I honestly was hesitant to come back but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was somehow better. My go to drink is the brown sugar boba which I believe is on sale on Tuesdays (don't quote me, check their board to see if true) which is a big yay for me. I haven't tried the food so I have no words for that.

The Boba is good. The service is horrible! Rude, Immature. The over weight ugly girl gives dirty looks. I will drive the extra 15-20 min to a better Boba place.
The food is pretty bad with a few exceptions. The Spam musubi and popcorn chicken are pretty good. Drinks are good.
