This place is inside of an office, under the stairs, but do not let that fool you: the couple that works there is very friendly and their food is delicious! Best breakfast burrito I've had in a long while.

Best coffee, breakfast and lunch place. When I worked in the area, I was there daily getting a morning coffee and an extra toasty bagel with cream cheese and sometimes bacon or avocado.
