Was good and i feel like i got more chicken then my cousin that went with me i had no problems but he also asked for no mac all rice but they gave him mac

I love L&L and have since always. In my opinion every location every plate, absolutely rock. People who don't like it are weak betas. Don't listen to them, they probably breast fed to age 9.

I have been to L&L in the past and always enjoyed it. We decided to go the other night and we’re sadly disappointed.Not much flavor to any of the food we got. Chicken wasn’t very crispy and the teriyaki plate barely had any teriyaki flavor. The macaroni salad was pretty good though. Sorry to say I probably won’t be returning.

DO NOT eat at this place whatsoever! The reviews weren’t that great but we were in the area so we decided to give them a try, and this is what we find in our food!! Absolutely disgusting and vile. You can definitely tell the inside needs a very very good cleaning service, but I didn’t think bugs would end up in my food.

STAY AWAY. You will regret walking in, I promise you. Just reading the reviews, you think “Wow, can it really be that bad?” YES IT IS THAT BAD. The older heavier woman (owner or manager) has the absolute worst attitude on planet earth, EVERY SINGLE DAY. EVERY single time I have been in there she is screaming at somebody. Even if you are complying with her ridiculous continuous rule of masks, don’t worry, she will most definitely find something to yell at you about. She wears her mask under nose and her cooks never have masks. If you don’t want your receipt, she yells at you. They call out orders by order#, so you need the receipt. But of course she doesn’t mention that at all and just resorts to screaming at you because you don’t have your receipt. Also if you want more than 2 sides of any sauce(that you have to pay for), you can’t have that either because she doesn’t want to diminish her supply. MAKE MORE SAUCE THAN.The other employees here are not great. But I’d probably be in a horrible mood too if worked for that behemoth.Like many people, I wonder how this place still gets any business after all of these reviews about the same person. I just think everyone walking in is either a delivery driver or someone who has never been there before or enjoys getting verbally assaulted. Either way. GO TO ANOTHER HAWAIIAN BBQ. THIS AIN’T THE ONE!

I used to be a loyal customer until my last experience at L&L. The woman working at the counter is extremely rude, vulgar, and unprofessional. I was cussed at and yelled at for not having a mask even though she and the other employees were not wearing masks. Because of this woman's actions I will not be spending my money at this location again. I'm shocked that she still has a job.

Horrible customer service. Incredibly rude staff. Still requiring masks even though the mandate has been lifted. Came in without a mask and the woman working the register said “Ma’am, you need a mask” and handed me one. The next customer showed her his vax card when she told him to put a mask on and when he left she said “I have no patience for people today”. Super unprofessional and a definitive way to drive away customers. First and last time for me at this location. Also, the food was nothing special. I’ve had L&L at other locations and the portions were much better.

Like previous reviews, the older women at the counter has no customer service skills.I’m surprised she is still employed. I entered LnL with my husband, we were unmasked.She immediately told us to get out. As I was hunting for my mask in my purse at the door,I mentioned how confusing it is being that the mask mandate was lifted. My husband didn’t exit immediately, which really set her off. I was just going to buy just some Hawaiian soft drinks for my grandson whose in the hospital. She went on and on aggressively about the masks as I searched soft drink flavors in the refrigerator, she pointed out a sign from behind the counter that read she could refuse service. I asked three times if she was going to let me buy the soft drinks, she eventually yelled NO! I was not being confrontational, I was calm just saying it’s very confusing now. She definitely has some mental health issues that contribute to her inexcusable horrible public/customer service. I wonder if she owns the franchise since she hasn’t been fired.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The counter experience with the old heavy set cashier is enough to make me NEVER return. This was my first and last time going there. We all work hard for our money and it is better spent somewhere that appreciates the business.

Although the mask mandate has been lifted, the maniac unhinged lunatic leatherface woman behind the counter insists that you wear a mask or get out. I had already paid for my food and she would not give it to me. I'm vaccinated, I was obeying the rules and the law and the CDC, yet it is still not good enough for some of these people.
