My significant other and I took our son to this Krispy Kreme today. My 6 year old son and I have never been to one and we wanted to check it out. My son was mesmerized by donuts making. Brayden was absolutely amazing. The store was slow and so he took the time to talk to us and showed my son step by step how everything works. He was so kind and answered all of my son's questions. My son blown away and can't stop talking about it. Thank you Brayden for going above and beyond for my family and making experience amazing. Also, the donuts tasted amazing!
Dozen donuts, cold. Glaze,no icing. Will not answer phone calls. Heating them only made worse. Never had this experience with any location except Roseville,Ca. To this day,won't answer phone.

Loved it. Yummy donuts. My kid loved it and asking to go again, but unfortunately we live in Folsom and it's further away.. ☹️
Very rude staff! We came before the store closes by an hour and a little bit, but they closed the door as we parked right in front of them. We found a written note says they temporarily close an hour earlier! Then update your hours!! And maybe don’t close 10 minutes before your actual time stated on google? Super rude!
We love this place!The donuts are fresh and hot! Made right there in store, right in front of you. They are light and delicious. They offer coffee options as well. Drive through or walk ins welcome. Covid protocols in place- masks required, social distancing, hand sanitizer, the whole nice yards
Hands down best donuts. I love the original glazed. My whole family is obsessed with Krispy Kreme. They have deals almost every month which make them significantly cheaper than other chains and I never missed any of them lol.
I haven't ben to Krispy Kreme in a long time, since b4 covid. It was just as good as I remembered. My friend & I sat in th parking lot & shared 6 donuts. I cud hav eaten all of them myself. I wud order them for my last supper b4 going to th gas chamber. I wud die happy.

Well obviously the donuts were good because donuts are amazing, but the customer service was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. I went through the drive thru an hour and a half before the store closed to get a couple donuts. When I got to the window, the girl working took my card and didn’t say a word. Then, when she gave my card back, I said thank you! She gave me a blank stare so I assumed she didn’t hear me. So I repeated myself. She then, without a word, closed the window in my face. This was respect met with disrespect. Something that must be worked on.
