Very rude and lazy staff!!!They will get your order right 70% of the time!!But normally you will be sitting out front for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for that order!Just remember if you pull up to the drive-through and no one is in front of you, you may as well pull up to the window because they're not going to know you're even there to take your order because you're too busy messing around.The normal excuse for that is their drive-through sensor didn't pick up your vehicle when you pulled up!!So just remember to pull up to the window or you might not have your order taken!!
TERRIBLE! Went through the drive through and ordered. First, they didn’t give us our receipt (which means we get our meal free... but I still got a charge so I gotta figure that out). Then to make matters worse, they told us to wait in the parking lot and they’d bring out our food. We waited 20 mins before my boyfriend went in to check on the food. He was in there for about 15 mins and had no luck. It took us a total of 45 minutes to get our food! It should not take that long. The guy at the register was hiding in the back on his phone complaining that we were all upset for waiting so long. We will not be going back.
This KFC @ SUNRISE & CURBY. TODAY MAY 7TH.2022 out did themselves this evening. The tenders , FRYS, MASH AND GRAVY, WERE FANTASTIC. THE GRAVY WAS DONE TO PERFECTION !!. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PLEASE !! THE FOOD WAS ALL GREAT. ONE PROBLEM 1 LITTLE COLORD GIRL DID NOT LOOK LIKE SHE WANTED TO BE THERE.she left out all the condiments, plates fork. We had to ask another nice girl by going back in. We never received the ranch dressing....
Ordered a 16 piece chicken tender meal got home and was missing items. I called the store and talked to Keonta he was very pleasant he told me he would replace the whole meal and threw in a dessert. He apologized for the mess up and I couldn't of been more pleased. I didn't expect to get the whole meal replaced and the customer service I received from him was outstanding. I will definitely come back and the tenders and mash potatoes were great.
This KFC sucks for sure. From needing exact change or a debit card to buy anything because apparently they don't know how to deal with goog Ole American cash, to cold hard biscuits and out of fries. This is the only KFC I have ever had any issues with. This store is lacking on so many levels its sad.
I cannot express how disappointing this meal was. They were out of Mac n cheese,no info just sent me with 5 mas n gravy. The chicken was so dry and was supposed to be 2 thighs and a drumstick. I got a wing and 2 tiny dry drumsticks. No utensils,butter honey or ANY sauces for the strips. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! A TOTAL WASTE OF $40!!!
They asked original or crispy, I said original, they gave me crispy. And everything was way over cooked to the point where it was all dried out and chewy. Disappointing.
I came here to place a large order for several people and it was open but not serving food because there was no cook and no manager AND the point-of-sale system was down. There was just one teenage guy there who was on the phone with corporate and on hold. I felt sorry for him. The company really needs to get their act together and get some reliable people and equipment in here. Shameful.
THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST KFC EVER!! Ordered on the website for pickup and was told a time to pickup. Arrived right on time and waited over 30 minutes for my order! I only waited because my 81 year old mother loves KFC! Never returning to this location. They weren’t even busy, I was the only one inside. I sure filled out their customer survey and even complained to corporate. It’s been a week though and no response from corporate. Guess they don’t care either. Oh and after that long of a wait, I was still missing an order of fries!! Smh.
I went to the KFC on Sunrise last night about 8pm, and was surprised to find that the food was horrible. It’s like the food was under the heating lamp all day, even the fries were brittle, which disappointed me! I’m a fan of KFC for years.
