The chicken fried steak wasnt that bad could have used more gravy
Horrible wait in the drive through line. I wanted to back up out of there after ten minutes. I eventually just drove through after 20 minutes without ordering at all. This ought to be a crime
They messed up the entire order. Things we specifically ordered and had them repeat. They have no root beer ever. Did not have food ready. Asked us to park and bring food out. Did not bring out correct food and forgot drinks. Avoid.
The lid from one of the gravies wasn't put on right. When I got home the gravy had soaked into the paper sack and there was a hole in the plastic bag so I had gravy soaked into the floor board of my car. There were no packets of butter and honey either. Bad experience!
We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-through last night. We thought it was because they were giving priority to call-in/pick-up orders but the place was empty when we finally drove off. It appeared there were ample people people working but they had no direction. Our second bad experience here, won't be back for another. The food isn't even good, mediocre at best.

Very clean nice location make sure and get in early they stop cooking after 8:00 p.m. so sometimes it's harder to get what you want later in the evening do the coupon survey on their receipts best deal ever buy one chicken sandwich get one free so you get two chicken sandwiches for five bucks can't beat that staff's always nice and pleasant I do like this location.
So last night, after a long hard day of work, I was wanting Chicken so bad. Made a stop to get some chicken wings and mashed potatoes. Came home started digging in, to find out all the wings were severely undercooked, like super red like it shows in the picture, I felt sick to my stomach, went back immediately for a refund. Never had a problem there until now, definitely won’t be making a return.

This A&W/Kfc in roseville is amazing!! Amazingly, NICE PEOPLE & they charge less for 2 chicken breast and they give me a biscuit! Whereas the one at auburn and sylvan no biscuit, charge more and not as nice or knowledgeable as the exact place in roseville where jack in the box and dollar store and chase are!
