Not worth the price. What i saw online was different then what was there. Their sign also states that you will be charged for "excessive" waste so good luck deciphering what they consider excessive. I had to redo my very first plate because their sauces were extremely salty. I'm used to other places having mild sauce that you need several scoops of. Their meat gets put back into freezer often for freshness so that's good, i suppose. Just doesn't help if you go back for seconds and the staff member is gone. You stand there waiting for the meat to be pulled out by someone and they ask which one you need? Their egg rice was my favorite part. The most flavorful buttery rice I've had. The Mongolian bbq did not wow me at all. Interior, food, quality, price. Not going to come back.
I came to eat with my kids my kids ages are 2years and 7year old. How much can a 2 and a 7 year old eat? They told me NO they can not share and so I asked so what ever they don’t eat Can I take it home she said NO like what kind of place is this you pay 7.99 for a 2 year old and 7.99 for a 7 year old but yet they eat not even a cup full of food. I then served myself. My 2 year old didn’t finish his food and I went to go pay I said “Can I pay for TWO to go boxes to TAKE MY KIDS FOOD”!The lady said WOW THATS SOO MUCH WAISTED FOOD! I explained to her I want to pay for it not waist it that’s why I want two to go boxes I asked what was the price she said $13.99 so I said okay can you charge me $13.99 plus 13.99!m for each one of my kids ! She said man that’s a lot of food waisted mind you it’s a A half bowl since we got there she was measuring our food and how much as if she wanted to poor my food herself ! Not only that but sue limit a little boy on how much ice cream he should poor as if his parents where not watching ! At the end she charged me but I will NEVER come back again. Not only because the service is horrible but because it’s ridiculous you pay for your plates and yet you can’t take it. I understand if you go and grab more food and ask for a to go but I didn’t ask for it to go I said I want to pay full price even if it was for TWO CHILDREN !If I could give this a no star review I would!Agree to Disagree !
Great price for all you can eat and drink. Traditional Mongolian BBQ, with complimentary white rice, fried rice, egg rolls, wontons, soup, soft serve ice cream and drinks all for $15:)
Loved it! Not only do you get to make your own bowl...they then have delicious egg rolls, pot stickers, rice, soup, won tons and soft serve for dessert. You definitely get your monies worth here!
No idea the owner lady reads our reviews or not...Very bad experience in this place.The service is bad and she asked me what kind of meat I want then she brought it and threw it hard on the table!! She wasn’t friendly at all.The customer service is worst. They look with anger at you and straightway wont even respond to your questions and requests. When asked her for vegetable roll along with the to go items, she showed faces.When we left they didn't even say bye or thank you.Like to give 0 Star but there is no option
I've been trying out most of Roseville, Sacramento area Mongolian BBQ. This place is new on my list and I can recommend you this place.Food taste really good and all you can eat comes with fried rice, steam rice, soup, gyoza, egg roll. All taste good.
I go here at least once a week. Fresh fixings, yummy seasonings & toppings all served hot off the BBQ. Plus, this place offers tasty sides incl. egg rolls, fried rice, crispy won tons, egg-drop & hot-n-sour soups, & for dinner, they add potstickers to the mix. Won't disappoint, very nice, accommodating staff.
Food is decent. Ice cream is even better than it used to be. They have lots of choices for what to add into your meal, including great sauces.
Its been a while, but I went back again a few days ago. Their food was never my favorite compared to others but was always good. Their service, again, wasn’t anything great but was better than you’d get at a fast food restaurant. This time however, the service was not good. Quite frankly my friend and I were in comfortable and regretted going back entirely.The two women that work there have been there for a while. One of them used to have a big smile she always wore around, that was gone. The other has always looked a but angry but was quite nice. Not anymore.I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but what made me upset enough to write this was how the woman treated a customer and her two sons. Her son, aged 9 or 10, got a little too much food. The older brother asked for a box and said they would pay for it. Thats when the lady started yelling at them. The young boy had an incredibly disheartened look on his face, and the mother could bot understand what earned them such treatment. I write this, not with the hope that you do not go there, but rather the hope that they adjust how they treat people giving them there hard earned money.
