If you don't have time to read, please look at photos. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. Photos are of yesterday, Saturday night, May 21, 2022.I wanted to take my dghtrs here for one last mother dghtr day before they're trip. Should have gone to Strikes, Golfland or ANY WHERE ELSE. Food area DIRTY. Dining area FILTHY and run down. Game area PATHETIC. Chuck E Cheese's has more working games. I took photos of destroyed dining booth, trash ALL over floor, the buffet area and lack there of, and a fraction of the amount of games that we're not working. The soft serve machine is thee most disgusting thing I've seen.Manager [Robert] said that he was aware of the cleanliness, that it was a Saturday night, a lot of people had been there all day and it's to be expected. I showed him the soft serve machine and wanted to show him my photos of all the non-working games and dining area. He said, "No. I'm aware. Coupons for next time, he offered. WHO THE HELL WANTS TO COME BACK? My dghtr said her soda tasted like soap, and eating was uncomfortable in such a filthy environment. Management needs to learn to take 15 mins and delegate a cleaning sweep before letting more people in. Make people wait 15 mins &say that they need to clean for their new guests. We will wait! People wait almost an hour for the Olive Garden. To say you're aware and let that be your standard is appalling. The End.
We took our daughter here and we got there shortly after they opened, so there was no crowd to speak of which was cool. All of the games were in working order except for 1 or 2, but maintenance was working on one and got it running and we were able to play it. The food was pretty decent, not like the chain pizza places of course but it was still edible and that's all that matters. It was clean and most of the foods were filled. Workers were few but they were doing their jobs so A+ to them. I worked food service years ago, so I am a bit more forgiving on some things but I didn't see anything that warranted a bad review.. One employee was kind enough to walk with us so she could get our daughter something to drink and she was very pleasant to talk to. Overall it was good and our kid had fun so we couldn't ask for much more than that. We will do a party for her in a few months so I will update my review then.
Not overly expensive. Tons too do, tons of food, dessert, and drink options, hours of fun for the kids and for being short staffed and overwhelmed dealing with wild messy kiddos and sometimes entitled parents all day they do a great job!
We were here for a birthday party. For starters the floors were absolutely discusting, black and sticky. Food was dropped on the ground with know one in site to clean up mess. My daughter had to use the restroom. The first stall we went into had a piece of poop next to the toilet. Totally grossed us out. After looking in 5 different stalls we found one that was somewhat ok to use but still discusting. Over half of the games were not working, broken. The Pasta bar was was so gross with food and spills all over I did not want my daughter to eat it. Very unsanitary. Very very disappointed. I will never go back to this place. We felt like we needed to go home and take a shower it was so unsanitary. The only positive thing I can say is that the girls helping with the party in the private room were good with the kids. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Huge disappointment.
So incredibly disappointed by my last couple of visits to the John’s Incredible Pizza in Roseville, CA. On my last visit, with four of my kids, I spent almost $100 for a buffet that was never fully stocked, an understaffed arcade that had a number of broken or out of service machines and dirty restrooms. When I complained on the website for the Roseville location, someone from the restaurant left a message for me on my cell phone. I tried to return the call at least a half a dozen times but never spoke to that person or a manager and no one attempted to call me back. Going to John’s Incredible Pizza has always be a treat for my family, albeit an expensive one. Now it just feels like a rip-off.
Pizza was not good. Underdone crust good selection though. Dessert was soft serve ice cream and chocolate chip cookies only. Games are great. Rides were fun as well. One of my friends spent 40 minutes trying to retrieve his money from the machine. The guy basically told him they didn't put the money in. After 49 minutes they finally apologized and gave him his card loaded with points and free entry. Still kinda lame Pizza.
This place was gross. Bad food selection from a dirty empty buffet. We got the last clean soda cup for my three kids to share. Only half of the games were working. It was very disappointing to pay so much for such little amenities that were advertised. I only saw one hand sanitizer station, which should have been everywhere. Don't come here. Only one picture, but trust me, all of the tables were this bad.
Horriable! After spending almost $200 half the games didn’t work! The buffet was empty and dirty! Ask for a refund was told I got it. It’s been 3 weeks and still have not received my refund!!
My family has been going here for 10 years. The Manager ROBERT is amazing and doesn’t fail to make sure this place is running smoothly and safely. He’s constantly darting like a fly making sure things are stocked and customers are happy. He’s got the Enthusiasm and heart like no other manager. Thank you for making this place an awesome experience for my family. We love johns incredible
The kids had a great time!! However, there were some things that I can point out. It was under staff, so all of the rides were not open. Pizza was pretty good when it comes out fresh. The pasta needs a lot of work though. Overall, staff did what they could for being under staff.
