Previously, (three years ago) I gave a low rating but, I was wrong. The staff here is AWESOME!! The morning, week day staff are phenomenal!!! (Hi Ladies!!!)

Had a very difficult exchange with an employee concerning a discount. Would have rather foregone the juice than deal with that much unpleasantness to get it.

Overall this location is good. Depending on the employee making your order, drinks can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it takes forever to get your drink/food even if it's slow since employees just chit chat. Employees are nice most of the time & place is clean mostly.
Friendly and fast. We like to order online to have it waiting for us.
Kids that work there just dont care at all. There busy making jokes with each other so it takes them a while to make drinks. But the drinks are good
Just ordered 2 small watermelon on the app. Went to pick up, I tell the young man my name and he hands me one smoothie and I say "oh I ordered two." He looks around for a minute and then hands me another. I hand them to my kids and we walk out. My one child comments on how frozen it is, but I didn't think much of it until we got home and realized it's basically frozen solid. So I taste it...well it definitely has banana in. I'm so confused, not right flavor and definitely not freshly made. An order that didn't get picked up earlier and got put in the freezer and passed off to us???
I came here to purchase Island pitaya. I didn't have my mask and ask the lady if they have mask for customers and she said no. So she refused service which I understand cause I didn't have my mask. But with Jamba Juice menu prices, I would expect them to provide masks for customers. It's a shame, if 99 cents store can provide masks for their customers, why can't Jamba Juice do the same!!!!!!
Smoothie was good but the wait was fairly long. Smoothies are overpriced.
