My visit here was good the service through the drive threw was efficient, I received my order just requested without error and it was delicious perfect temp.Overall everything was very good Thank you for the good lunch options!!
Walk in closed so after ordering through the drive thru we were given burgers instead of chicken sandwiches. After returning to the drive thru Maria at the window was incompetent. After going back and forth trying to explain she finally replaced the sandwiches but not before asking for the burgers back. Hello COVID???After driving away and opening the sandwiches one of them HAD HUMAN HAIR ON IT. YES THEY REPLACED OUR BURGER WITH CHICKEN SANDWICHES THAT HAD HUMAN HAIR ON THEM. SHUT THEM DOWN
Dont go to this one if you're in a rush because you are guaranteed to wait in the drive through for atleast 25 mins. Then by the time you pull up they still dont have your order ready. But the are still very polite and apologetic about the wait.
This place NEVER gets my order right. EVERY TIME!! I’ll order a chicken sandwich and they’ll give me a cheese burger. DO BETTER!
Do not order from the app at this location. I ordered from the app and went to this location. When I pulled up they said they could not find my order. This was 15 minutes after I ordered it. The guy at the window was nice but a lady came up and said I was holding up the line. I explained that I ordered on the app and paid for my food already. I had already told them I would pull over but the lady just wanted to be rude and annoying. I get this is a fast food joint but figure out your app geniuses!
Fix your jacked up locations, on google says drive thru open 24/7 on window DT light is on, for a week went to like 5 locations all closed, while saying open on google and at the restaurant. About to quit jacked up box!!
It was 6am and the supposed "24 hour" Jack's had just opened. What?? The drive thru attendant was gracious and asked for 5 mins while machines warmed up and setup was complete. And she wasn't joking! It was really only 4 mins and then she took my order. The food was fresh and the drive thru attendant was what made this the best Jack's experience I've ever had. Still not sure why they closed last night, so I took a star off rating for that reason only.
Leaving this one star review in solidarity with the striking workers and victims of wage theft at this Jack in the Box location. I call on their leadership to do right by the victims and employees, immediately terminate the perpetrators responsible, and put policies in place to prevent these abuses from happening again.Once that is done I will happily remove this review.
If the lobby is locked up for ordering at the counter, how'd I order food if my vehicle won't fit in the drive thru?I'm certainly not going to walk in a drive thru line. That would be more dangerous than Covid.
The place itself is fine. Service is always good. You just need to be on guard for for the druggees roaming around. Lots of sketchy people hang around the area.
