20+ minutes in the drive through waiting on TWO TACOS, confirming 3 times they heard me say NO SAUCE, only to NOT be able to eat them because they had sauce and I'm allergic to something in the sauce. So frustrating when simple.instructions can't be followed. Customer service is gone. I'm a healthcare worker and rarely get a chance at a lunch break. Every time this location lets me down.

Absolutely horrible!! Everytime I go through the drive through I’m told they are closed for maintenance. Yet they have the sign on that says open and all lights lit up. If you were closed you shouldn’t be lit up like a Christmas tree. This hasn’t been one isolated incident either. I’ve been through this drive through more than 5 times within the last month and a half and all the same thing “closed for maintenance” so needless to say Jack In The Box has lost a customer and I will no longer be eating at your restaurants.
This particular location continues to decline. You'd think with where they're located, they'd make an effort at customer service. But they don't. The order is never correct, the speaker at the drive-thru is hardly functional, and the employees have no enthusiasm whatsoever. They seem bored to death and pass on that attitude to customers. No more visits here. There are other places that at least appear to want my business.

My visit here was good no issues food was delicious, service three the drive threw was quick and easy and I was back on the road.Overall everything was good Thank you for a delicious lunch Much appreciated!
I am livid to say the least. I had a 30 minute lunch break today as a healthcare provider and I ran over to the nearest Jack-in-the-Box because I had a coupon for a free medium fry via text. I get to the window after waiting for a long time and ESTELLE/ESTHER?? (I’m assuming that she was the manager because she came to the window when a team member went to go get her for help.) Estelle told me that she would not accept the coupon because it was for the app only. I showed her over and over again how I received a text message from you guys and it was valid. I clicked the link in the text message and it put a coupon for a free medium fry code 839. After she seen that I was getting aggravated she took the fry off my order and gave me my new total. I told her I no longer wanted the service there and that I was going to contact corporate she shrugged her shoulders and told me that she doesn’t care. Is this the representation of Jack-in-the-Box?
I love this place I always go and pretty much have a big order for them to fill I do apologize to them beforehand before I make the order but I love it because they really never get my order wrong so I personally love this spot
The ticket says that Esther was one of the cashier's that took my order. And my first time visiting this Jack in the Box has been one of the best. Very kind staff, and quick. Each person's meal of ours was placed neatly in a separate sack. And even being fast food it was presented very appetizingly and not overly greasy. Great staff working this afternoon??
