Take down your "drive thru open 24 hours everyday" signs. .....?......? The drive isn't open right now..... ? Derp. I just gave you all the information you could ever need to address the issue. I have to do more work on my part to fix your screw up ?? That's kinda the opposite of customer service. I showed up, it was closed. Those are the facts of the matter. How are you clowns even open? This is not even close to a functional operation. Close your doors and bring Wendy's back. ???Manager and owner are clowns.
Came in to order breakfast and since I was with a trailer I couldn’t go to the drive through. I tried one door and it was locked and as I was walking to the other door 2 female workers that were coming in waited for me to go check the other door and as I did they quickly came in through the door I just checked and locked it again. They ran a little bit just so I wouldn’t have time to get to the other door. As I checked door #2 it was also locked. Sign says lobby hours are from 6am and this was 9am. I knocked on the door and they waved me off. I went back to the first door and the woman came out told me only drive through is open. I told her the sign says other wise and she just told me it is wrong. I asked if I can atleast use the restroom and she told me no because they open at 10am. Will not be going to back to this location for sure and will avoid Jack in the box from now on!
Wonderful and fast ladies working there. It's Jack in the box so the food is just like any other jack in the box.
Chunky lady in the drive thru started getting snappy because I asked if I could pay one card for a single order that was only a burrito and the rest on the other card then she had the guts trying to correct me saying next time I have to say when I’m taking my order that I want to do two different card payments. It’s a simple thing to do even a monkey could figure it out. She was just really lazy to do her job this is why I don’t agree entry level jobs shouldn’t get paid 15 an hour when they are too lazy. I should of took a picture of her and put her on this review.
ever since covid ended and a new team is here, the new manager is a wench (karen) and has attitude late night and the food that comes out is complete garbage, ive never had worse food from a jack N the box ever and i used to come to this one all the time, Fire this new new manager and get it back to where it was.
They used satisfy most late night cravings, however my burgers were cold from time to time. Drive thru time was normally was acceptable and service was kind of unfriendly sometimes,not all the time. Am curious why they are not open for business.
i love the workers here i’m pregnant and was craving a root beer float and a&w was cleaning their ice cream machines and i went here and they made one and it was awesome give everyone here a raise
i love the staff! some people need to understand that the entire world is understaffed and be nicer to the staff that actually showed up because these guys seem to be working very hard and they are super kind as well please be nice and considerate!!
The staff was so sweet and kept apologizing for the food taking so long, but it was still fast and they are a little understaffed but so nice. Only thing is they forgot my ranch ?
This place has really gone downhill recently. The past few times I have gone there I have received the wrong order twice, given incorrect change, WAS HANDED THE WRONG CARD BACK AFTER PAYING, it's just ridiculous. I understand the place the world is in right now, and how difficult it is to find employees to run a business, but your establishment will continue to suffer if you do not put the right people in the right places to give adequate customer service. Figure it out.
