Amazing brunch. Got a bacon burger with a side of (the crispiest I've ever had, with perfect soft interiors) onion rings with a side of hash browns. The hash browns have an almost buttery taste that was simply amazing, perfect golden crisp on the top but perfect and soft on the bottom. The burger was really good. Not a lot of restaurants really have too much flavoring to the patty itself, but this was pretty good. Naturally the bacon on the burger (being served by a breakfast diner) was crispy and flavorful.Don't ask me why, but the manager himself served and waited our table, and it was excellent service. When even the manager does an amazing job serving and waiting you know the staff are good. The place was noisy, but it was a Saturday morning so that's to be expected. On a side note, they offer mountain dew. I don't really see a lot of places offer that.Admittedly I was skeptical since I rarely (if ever) eat at IHOP, but it was a lovely surprise. If you're in the area, stop by.

Food was good. Serves slow because short staffed.

We were seated quickly, however, it took forever to get a waitress, had to flag down the person with coffee for refills (walked right past the table three times), almost an hour later, we were still waiting on our food. Service was scetchy at best, although there were plenty of employees, most were just kind of miling about, not doing anything.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Waited 50 minutes for my order. Called 45 minutes into it and the manager said they ate getting.my coffee ready. Got my order and the food is cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Like it was sitting there getting cold.

The senior breakfast was ok, but didn't have suger for my coffee at the table, only the substitute. The bathroom was trashy.

Could’ve gone to 7/11 for cheaper and been happier. Britney let us know she went on a 15 so that’s why our food was cold. Didn’t do anything to fix it not even an offer to remake it. Take a pass. This place is going down hill.

You know what IHOP is. This location is a bit tricky to get to (it's right there on Douglas but you have to go north on Sunrise to get in the parking lot). My little brother quite enjoys this location and each visit the staff and service have been great. It's a good IHOP.

The atmosphere was really nice, the only reason it's not 5 star is cause the staff took over an hour to get our food to us, it was worth it in the end, cause the food was delicious.

It's definitely an IHOP. Partially, it's not this location's fault for the 4 stars. It's IHOP having a limited menu and limited staff due to covid. The menu has almost be sliced in half and it takes forever to get seated. The food comes out quick but it's not made with care. It's food you can eat with your mouth, but nothing to get excited about. Undercooked eggs, overcooked bacon but adequate pancakes and I didn't leave hungry. No more iced coffee at the IHOPs either ?

The food was delicious, as well as the service. I greatly recommend the Sirloin Tips & Eggs. Our waitress was Angel and she was kind and funny, restaurants should have more employees like her.
