Great Location right next to the Galleria Mall. Property was great and breakfast was so yummy. Pool was closed which was a bummer. Lots eat nearby. We stayed in a king with a pull out. Bed was super comfy but pull out was not. Very this mattress and no support at all. We were in town for a dance competition at the @grounds and it was a quick 6min drive.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, rooms are not well insulated. You can hear conversations on the hall and next to your room.Breakfast is good. The hotel lack security.

It's not really a 3 star hotel, more of a 2 star. Shared areas for seating like the lounge and by the pool tables were very dirty. The cushions have probably never been washed and they have stains and dust all over. I did witness them wiping the indoor tables though. Both of the elevators are not working properly. One of them has something wrong with the breaks and shakes every time it stops. And in the other, the buttons are not detecting when they are being pushed so you have to do it multiple times until you can it light up.The rooms need remodeling and improvement. The TV is not smart so you can't hook it up with your desired streaming apps. There was no microwave which is very inconvenient. Also the lavatory is outside the restroom so you would be making noise and interrupt the sleep if there is a person still sleeping. Also, keep in mind that house keeping needs to be scheduled. And they won't remind you or try to schedule every 3 days as it says on their pamphlet. We scheduled it on the 3rd day for the 4th and they did not even come. We even got up earlier and left the room, changed our schedule to accommodate them. So we complained and then on the 5th day they stop by early in the morning and woke us up to ask when to come although we were scheduled for noon that day. And they asked if they really need to come and clean since we are leaving the next day. Not professional at all.Breakfast is the same every day except they change one of the cooked meals. Pretty normal breakfast, 6:30 to 9:30am on a work day and 7 to 10am on weekends and holidays. They do have basic Starbucks so that is convenient. They also have a bar but they don't know how to make all of their cocktails so that was an interesting experience and experiment.Last thing, if you charge stuff to the room, you will only get a generic bill saying breakfast food, lunch food and dinner food. No details of the items you ordered or what is considered breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only had 6 coffees, 2 soda bottles and 2 cocktails our whole stay and got charged $75. My advice, take a copy or a picture of every receipt so you can make sure you are not over charged.Would not recommend this place although location is very close to the Galeria Mall and it's in a nice area.

The biggest disappointment was not being able to utilize the hot tub. For some odd reason, the jets were not working and when we asked for help, there was no one in sight. The rooms were fine, the location is good, the breakfast was OK. Not sure if I'd pay $250 a night for this place.

Lesson Learned: Always Read Reviews#1 Not worth their ridiculous tag: Paid >$300 for a King Room (High Floor) and on my getting-ready wedding date, I am sitting in the most mediocre looking room that does not look like the photo under which we booked. There is a ridiculous TV acting as a screen divider between bed and couch.Nothing about this entire room feels remotely luxurious. It's just all plain, old, not updated. There are smudges on the headboard of the bed...concerning during Covid. The iron is defective and leaked all over a bridesmaid dress, creating huge stain damage.#2 Accomodation: I asked repeatedly to be next to the groom a week in advance so everyone could get ready together. It's the only reason we're not at our Sacramento house. One message told me I must pay $10 to upgrade the groom from a King to a King on High Floor. We said ok. Front Desk, Monique, STILL looked slightly perplexed, said there are teams staying this weekend etc. Please, this is the reason I asked 6-7 days in advance. I'm not happy and should have canceled this hotel while we could and saved >$500.First and last time we're booking Hyatt. Should have stuck with a Marriott.Or stayed at home.

I was hired by this hotel and left a bad hotel with the promise of a family atmosphere and a $1000 bonus. My two trainers lied to me. The GM lied to me and I was fired within a month. Do not trust this management team at all you will live to regret it. I wish I never left the hotel I was with to go to Hyatt Place

Great business place to stay or hold meetings. Convenient location to many other businesses, restaurants, shopping, with easy freeway access and plenty of free parking. On-site there is a little bar, snack shop, breakfast area, work station, and meeting rooms

The staff is most fantastic part of this hotel. Monique, Sue and Christine were such sweethearts! Monique is always there to welcome you with a smile (Of course behind a mask but you can still feel it.)!My only complaint would be that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom so if you get up earlier then the person you're with then it makes it hard to get ready in the morning. Oh and the breakfast isn't as amazing as it looks on the website

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my visits to Sacramento! The rooms are big, staff is super friendly, and sleep like a baby. Will always stay here when I’m in the area

Wow to have breakfast in a hotel again , amazing. Did not have room cleaning everyday, but that was ok without people in my room without me. Quite clean comfort, nothing bad to say.
