Great ice cream place! Very dense, rich, creamy ice cream. Nice staff members helping out. But be wary, the portions are very large. I know a lot of people love that, but it's too much ice cream for me...even the small has 3 scoops! I think if you go in there knowing that, you can always just ask for less. That's what I did (but pay the full price). Or eat it all, whatever!
Good ice cream, large collection of flavors (>30 including a few vegan ones), friendly staff and ample indoor and outdoor seating. You definitely taste the flavor and the texture is smooth and good. Prices are really good ($5.75 for 2 scoops).They also have milkshakes, ice cream cakes and sandwiches.They also have many options that include add ONS like chocolate chip, brownie bites, caramel etc that add texture.I had the French silk pie (nice flavor but the texture was not to my taste) and vanilla caramel brownie which was really good.
One more day of school and the girls wanted to celebrate early with some ice cream. We went to our usual spot and noticed that Handel's was the new Ice Cream shop. We decided to try it out and the girls loved it! The ice cream was so tasty and creamy. This will be the new hangout spot for all of us.
Love this place! So glad to have a real ice cream shop with homemade ice cream in the area. Love the different and unique flavors - and it’s great when they rotate different flavors. Vanilla Caramel Brownie and Buckeye are my favorites. I love to get the 4 scoop sampler to try lots of different flavors at once.The staff is friendly and helpful. There are long lines, but the staff do a great job at helping everyone quickly. I have had exceptional service from Davis, in particularly. He is always smiling and super helpful. He does a great job and you can tell he loves being there.
Super good ice cream as well as service! Both myself and my girlfriend were pleasantly surprised after going in for our first time here. There are so many amazing flavors to choose from and the employees were all very upbeat and happy to help. The malt that I got was superb and the options they have for sugar free and vegan are a nice addition for those who are dietarily restricted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good ice-cream place to go to. 10/10
This is our new favorite ice cream spot. The worst part about going is trying to decide among the huge variety of amazing flavors. We've never tried one we didn't love. On our most recent visit Daphne took time to help my 4 kids with their questions and got them all set up with what they wanted. Between the delicious ice cream and fantastic customer service, it's an easy choice when it comes to a sweet treat.
I was visiting in town and had never been before. Now I am back in my hometown and have gone to the nearest Handel's 3 times! Some of the best ice cream I have EVER had. While visiting this location, I was helped by a boy named Davis. He was the epitome of pleasant food service. He could list every single flavor with ease and his own helpful opinions. He was a pivotal reason that I had such a positive experience at this wonderful establishment.
I love ice cream. It is my favorite thing to eat. When I went in to get ice cream, a nice young man by the name of Davis helped me with an amazing recommendation. I thought I knew what ice cream was, but then I had Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream and I loved it. Since Davis helped me I have been back almost a dozen times, always get good service from all the employees. Figured it was time for me to leave a review for the first time in my life. Roseville Handel’s is Ice Cream at it’s finest.

Handel’s ice cream is amazing!! All the flavors are so good!! I haven’t gotten a flavor I didn’t like!! My favorite option is the 4 scoop sampler so I can get 4 different flavors. I always get French silk pie it’s the best one ;) blueberry cobbler, salty caramel truffle, and Mint Oreo. Soo goood! Really recommend!!
