Best sandwich I’ve had in my life. I get the Cali Pastrami every single time. Their soups are amazing too. Their chili has a great spice. They use the perfect amount of ingredients for each sandwich and every time I take a bite I feel like I’m in heaven. They’re obviously only open for the lunch hour, and closed Sundays, but I wish they were open 24/7 so I could eat Guy’s for every meal. Go here for sure.
Food was good. For the first time being there the ordering seemed a bit judgemental and politely rude which perhaps will get a desired result, won't be back.
Oh my goodness!! How come I didn’t try this place earlier. Food is so good. Best macaroni cheese in Roseville!! My husband love the soup and his sandwich a lots! I love the macaroni the most. The sandwich ? is full of cheese! Every single bit is full of cheese. Highly recommended this location and will definitely come back again!
If you're looking for a good quality sandwich, this is your spot. There's a reason this place has 5 stars on yelp with over 800 reviews. Are they the cheapest sandwich out there? Nope, but they are, without a doubt, the best sandwich for their price point. I go for the Cali on dutch crunch and my wife gets the Italian with no peppers. I also recommend you try their house made chili. If you haven't had it before, ask for a sample.
Fantastic sandwich joint! Also, conveniently located for me, which is not that important when I desire a great sandwich, but it doesn't hurt!Wemt with a buddy, which was convenient since I got to split/share sando with him. We had the Hot Italian and The Cali. Both fantastic! Sandwiches were a harmonious combination of bread, meat, cheese, veg, sauce. No single ingredient was over-, or under-represented, which is how I prefer it!Inside is nice, cozy, and clean.Staff was helpful, friendly, and dare I say fun? Sounds lame to say, but they were chatty and good humored.Anyway, I'll be making this place a regular lunch stop.
My experience started off by my girlfriend ordering her sandwich. What started off as a simple order grew into almost a therapy session. She normally doesn’t try new things when she has something she likes, but some of the offers were too good to turn down.Then came my imitation…. Two shooters. One chili, the other chicken noodle. The chicken noodle was so good I had to go with a half sandwich with the soup. My sandwich was turkey ham swiss cheese/ cream cheese on sour dough.During the meal I overheard the man at the counter (i’m assuming he’s the owner but he didn’t say) interact with everybody that came in. He’s hilarious to say the least. I wouldn’t doubt if he has a standup career tucked away in his back pocket. The highlight of my visit, other than the food of course, was watching him play a “game” with a couple of kids that came in. It ended in him giving the two kids cookies. Then after the kids left he handed out free fresh baked cookies to everybody inside.Definitely not the last time I’m eating at Guy’s. One of the most remarkable first visits ever to a restaurant.
The pulled pork and baked beans were great! We definitely will be trying this again. Super outstanding, thanks for the awesome service!!
Yes FIVE STARS! Tried the meatball sub with marinara sauce and cheese. The whole wrapped package is about three pounds. Inside is a sturdy bun made to hold three or more meatballs the size of hardballs, cheese half inch thick and just enough marinara sauce not to be sloppy. You'll need both hands, and don't even try to bit it like a subway as it's way way to thick, but it's not going to slop into bits out of your hands either. The cheese is real with the consistency that allows it to stretch. Genuine marinara finished the palatable ingredients. The price is very much in line with a meal you might make tow of anyway. Yes. It's REALLY five star and something to tell your friends about!
Great owners & staff. Food is fresh and delicious. Had the vegetarian sandwich & it was full of fresh vegetables & cheese. Definitely would return for lunch!
My mother and I went in on a last minute thing and we both had probably the best sandwich we’d ever had. Mine was absolutely amazing. The owner and staff were so pleasant and kept the place very clean, which is very important considering what we’re having to live through. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.
