It's delicious and staff are attentive. They don't clean up often enough though. People make messes on the line and on the floor. It's downright dangerous! The food on the floor should be swept up promptly. And the line should be wiped down often. All that sauce is nasty just laying there. Besides that, it's great!
Hidden gem for late night food with a good deal and not too many people. Great customer service & the food was tasty! I plan to go back again.I did notice the spills/foods on the floor. If they can stay consistent with keeping the area clean it would be great. I almost slid on meat & sauce on the floor.
Mixed about a third of my bowl of ingredients with someone else’s bowl while they were cooking it on the grill.What’s the point of choosing your ingredients if it’s gonna get mixed up anyways??Also the rice is terrible, as it was mostly crunchy and not soft.0.5/10 would recommend.
First time trying this Mongolian BBQ and I have to say theirs some good points and bad. I liked that you had to wear gloves ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I didn’t like the cleanliness of this restaurant there was a lot of food on the ground, I kept stepping on veggies and meat on the ground somebody was coming around to clean off the top/table portion but failed to come back to clean anything off the ground I did like the idea of a variety of items to choose from however all the sauces seemed to be all watered down even after adding garlic powder the food was tasteless. Thankfully the prices was reasonable.The staff seemed unprofessional and acted annoyed when another customer needed assistance.
I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff was. Playing EDM music and just hanging out. Music was so loud. If we asked for something, it was like we were bothering them. My spring rolls were way over cooked and we didnt get any dipping sauce. The rice had HARD pieces. Will not come back
The staff was more concerned about their own conversations then helping customers. The dishes were dirty and when I asked for a clean one I felt I was getting attitude. I asked for a glass for my beer and didn't get that no refills on sodas for kids. We waited a long time for check and i was charged adult price for my 8 year old at that point we just wanted out of there but the food was good.
Love this place. They offer more ingredients than most other Mongolian BBQs. I really enjoy the lamb which most other places don't offer at lunch time.The veggies selection is also great. In addition to all the normal veggies, they had bok choy that I typically don't see.There is a good variety of sauces to add to your bowl. Was surprised to see they had Chinese BBQ sauce which actually has fish in it.The furniture is a little older looking but clean. The staff is friendly and cooks are as good.If you like Mongolian BBQ, you will like this place.
I first ate at this location over 6 years ago, little did I know I’d be moving to the area 6 years later and visiting every other week.Great place for a quick meal, work your magic with the sauces for a tasty meal!
Worst customer service, the ladies working last night must not give 2 sheets to their job. Extremely rude, we bought 12 pot stickers with our meal and there was no sauce included she said well you have to ask if you want any sauce. Who eats pot stickers dry? They forgot our soup and ignored us as we returned to to get our soup and sauce. The place was a filthy mess. We have been going here since 2014 and we decided based on last night's service, dirty envirment, and food quality we will not be returning.
This place just keeps going downhill on service and food quality. Stopped by on a "slow" day. Place was extremely filthy, self serve area with oils and veggies all over the place. Red haired waitress was rude. Never asked for refills on the drinks. Appetizers were burnt, missing rice & cold soup. After 10 yrs as a customer will definitely never be coming back.
