Our first and last time visiting this restaurant. Not a customer friendly place starting with a ridiculous $30 corkage fee for bringing your own bottle of wine and ending with an even worse gift card policy that only allows 4 per table per seating. Our poor experience started at the bar where they did not have the ingredients and glass for a signature mixed drink. Dress code is clear on their website but totally ingored with people dressed in gym cloths. Meats were plentyful but similar in quality to the Golden Corral. Hot, chewy and over cooked. I have been to many nice restaurants which charge as much as this one witha far better experience for the cost. Figure $100 pp for the meal with a drink and tip. Party of 12 will be $1500 which is way overpriced for this experience. One and done for us.

Service was amazing but the food was okay. They brought out the meat every 10 min.
Our server was wonderful! We went for our anniversary and they included a special anniversary note including scripture as well as a complementary anniversary dessert. Such a great experience!
This is our third visit to Flame and Fire and it has never matched up to our first time. Some of the meats seemed dry and less tasty than we remembered. Still, itâs an excellent experience that is worth trying. The salad/sides bar was uniformly excellent and the mixed drinks were delicious.
We have been here many times and this time the service and the food left us somewhat dissapointed. We will go back eventually. I will chalk this up to difficulty hiring good help and high costs of doing business and cutting corners.

We went here for our anniversary. The staff recognized and helped us celebrate. The food was delicious! It was a great experience.
