This used to be one of our favs and go to for burgers, 1-2 times a month, $60+ every time. The last two times they’ve left multiple items of our burgers and apparently to receive any credit back, I’d have to spend my time driving back for that. We’re all done. ???☹️
My star rating is a zero. My veggie sandwich was cold on stale buns cold. The fries right out of a freezer bag. The shake the worst I have ever had it was like a like a icee. And the price. I had to pay $21 and got the worst food poisoning in my life. I vomited all night. Don’t go there.

Large parking lot(usually full). Great burgers and fries (cooked in PEANUT OIL), shakes are tasty but small $$$, free peanuts. FBI cheese burger (everything you could think of to put in it) Lg fries (enough for 2) and a shake for $25.
Roseville location stole my money.I placed an online order last month and when i went to pick it up they had closed early. I talked to the "manager" on duty that night and he had no customer service in him. He would not refund me and told me to go to my bank about it. He was actively antagonistic and even called me names. I complained online to them and eventually got a call from another manager promising me that a refund was coming. That was over a month ago and no refund. Talked to another "manager" today but have no hope of anything coming from it. I am absolutely disgusted by this corporate burger chain that apparently can just steal money from would be customers.
We love Five Guys in Roseville CA. It’s our favorite burger place. Always friendly staff and burgers cooked perfectly. @Five Guys when will it open in Citrus Heights CA?
Prices are out of control! $18.50 for cheeseburger, small fries, and regular drink at lunch today. Won't happen again. We were only two people there at 11:45am. Gone too far on pricing!
Just a little cheeseburger and some fries. Very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Delicious and you can taste the freshness. Also love the fresh peanut they offer so you have a snack while you wait for the order.

Very disappointed. Ordered over the phone and was told 8 minutes. Arrived 10 mins later and still waited 20 mins inside for my food. Ordered two bacon burgers, got home and neither of them had bacon. Fries were extremely undercooked, most of them raw. For the amount of money I pay here, I expect way better.
