I love Dutch Bros so much but sadly I find myself driving by more often than not cause the line is just so crazy. Everyone else needs to chill out. Too many people willing to wait in that crazy line many it longer and longer.
Second time coming here today and staff were friendly, drinks were made ? ?. Still getting to know staff. Seeing what kind of vibes will come out of this place when I buy drinks here on the regular!!
I just started going here as I walk by it twice a day, on my way to and from work, and I only wish I'd have stopped by sooner! I've had nothing but excellent, positive, helpful, and quick service at the walk up window!I am definitely a returning, loyal customer now! A couple of days ago, my youngest daughter and I went thru the drive-thru. This trip was a great experience especially for my little 5 year old! The employee giving us our drinks made it a point to chat her up and made her laugh. It's oftentimes the little extra bit of service that makes for a great experience .(I didn't get the employee's name but she talked about having just finished high school and had a small nose ring.)Thank you Dutch Bros for having someone with such a wonderful personality!
This Dutch Bros is awesome every single person I have interacted with here has been amazing. All of the employees are so kind and friendly. The coffee is always spot on as well.
Came here with a couple of friends last weekend. As soon as we all arrived and finished parking, an employee came out and, without reason, said we had to leave before we could even buy our drinks. I assumed she thought we were just loitering and not paying customers, so I assured her that we would be placing orders. She then said we would have to leave after we get our drinks, and threatened to call the cops if we didn't. She never gave us a reason as to why either. People go to Dutch Bros to buy drinks and hang out all the time. I don't know why she was so against me and my friends doing the same. I will definitely not be visiting this Dutch Bros location again.
Would be 5 stars but the corporate management fails to see the value of its ground forces making the money by offering higher wages and more importantly STOCK OPTIONS. So until they change their treatment of their employees they will get 2 stars. Would be 1 but the workers deserve better than 1 star reviews.

Excellent Drinks and very nice people. My favorite is the hot tan carmelizer.
