It was my first time at this location and Angelica was a peach! I haven’t been to many Dunkin’s so I’m not well versed in the menu. The staff Answered my millions of questions and gave me genuine recommendations. I especially liked how Angelica could vouch for the quality of the food and the sourcing of the ingredients because it’s food that she eats herself. That really says something.I’m cautious of blended coffee drinks now a days because they often taste like sugar masking bad coffee.But Dunkin’s new salted caramel blended coffee is a blend of warm tones and quality coffee! Yum
Overall they are great. However depending on the employee the iced coffees can taste good or bitter. Donuts are always delicious for the most part. Also there hours say they close at 8pm, however if you go per say at 7:15 they won't answer the drive thru and hide. So that's annoying
Waited in line for 30 minutes and the coffee wasn't prepared how I ordered it. The iced coffee didn't have the vanilla syrup or any sweetener that I requested through the app when I order and was very bitter. The guy at the drive thru window was rude as well. So I don't go there anymore. Dunkin' used to be great and my goto place for coffee. Not anymore! I just go to Starbucks or McDonald's for my coffee now.
I went to the Duncan Donuts on Foothills blvd today to try the new hummus & avocado toast. First I thought they forgot to put the tomatoes on, so I went in to have it fixed. The young man I spoke with was very polite and went right away to fix it. While I was waiting I looked at the menu & realized that I had to ask for the tomatoes & that it cost more. They gave them to me without charge. The toast was delicious, especially the hummus toast. The tomatoes are definitely worth any additional price. I am very pleased with how well I was treated despite the mistake being mine.
I would give half a star if I could. We decided to try Dunkin for the first time because of their new breakfast items. We got the avocado toast, which was decent, the bacon cheddar egg bites, and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The egg bites were flavorless, the bread on the sandwich was burnt to a crisp and ruined the taste of the whole thing. We also ordered a couple of iced drinks, which were prepared incorrectly to what it said on the receipt. Overall an experience that makes us want to never try them again. Shame
Spare yourself the trouble. Went here because I downloaded their app & recieved a free medium cold brew as a reward. When I got there they scanned the reward but it only took 1.20 off they did not discount the drink as stated on the app. Dunkin didn't have any staff available that spoke enough English (or pretended) to correct the issue. The poor service expanded when the guy behind the counter accused me of trying to rip them off. Just wow. I left without the issue being resolved & won't be back.
Ok so, I accept that I just don't particularly like the flavor Dunkin coffee offers. And that is ok, I'm s dutch girl. To each their own. But the guy working today deserves recognition. Didn't catch his name, but he was so professional while being patient and understanding when my mini and I didn't like the chai and he swapped the drink for us. Thanks dude.
2nd times in a month they messed up my order. We ordered 6 chocolate sprinkle frosted doughnuts for our kids , we got 6 cake doughnuts.No accountability at all, the response over the phone from the owner was " oh okay, have a god day"Never going back again, new owners are horrible.
The manager there is above and beyond. Fantastic service, delicious coffee, always friendly, I'm never dissatisfied when I leave here. I come all the way from fair oaks chef's kiss, outstanding ;')
I went through the drive-through so I got the caramel macchiato with oat milk but instead it was with whole milk. I came back in and I asked them to remake it and the manager gladly made a new one????? and gave me donuts for the inconvenience! Thank you for aaaaamazing customer service very friendly team !
