This southwest cuisine is truly unique and worth the drive.We have been coming here for longer than I can remember and they’re delicious southwest food is just as good as it was 20 years ago. I’m so happy to see that this restaurant has stood the test of time. My favorite menu item is the chicken ranchero burrito, and my wife loves the crunchy tacos. I really enjoy the colorful and unique art inside the restaurant. Very glad to see they still have a salsa bar and their fancy soda machine is a nice touch.They have several different options for adult beverages and their outdoor patio seating is very enjoyable.
We went to this restaurant this past weekend and we had not been here in many years and I have to say the prices have stayed pretty good. That food was really good and the margaritas to go which we actually drink there were really good too.Staff was all friendly the restaurant was extremely clean would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
Dos Coyotes has some of the best ranchero burritos in town. Food always tastes fresh and the salsa bar is delicious. Good place to take out of town guests as well.
Great food, I had gumbo and it was really good but not spicy. The tacos were served wet but also good. Fast service. Crowded

Good food and pretty good service. Not a mask in sight for the employees. Mind you a mask mandate went into effect today. Such a shame, such a simple gesture for the safety of your patrons.

Clean. Fresh ingredients. Kinda bland though. Even the salsa was lacking. Great place to eat if you have a sensitive tummy or pallet. The fish was really fresh which I appreciate deeply.
Roseville has the best salsas of all theor locations. We frequent many different DOS but find this one somehow is a little more flavor. All are really good and a favorite stop for us.
