amazing people, and great experience. placed an order today for delivery while at work and they proceeded to call and leave a voicemail when unavailable letting me know what was going on and what to expect. the delivery may have been later than hoped, but the whole experience they were kind and transparent about why it was.the fact of going out of their way to be open and saying that they missed a driver meant more than a rush service. greatly appreciate the driver on staff today, and the rest of the crew.
I love Domino's and we order from them at least 2x a week but lately they have been canceling my order when placed around 1130! They advertise they are open for delivery until 12am 5 days a week and 1am Friday and Saturday! If you aren't taking orders after 1130 then you should close at 1130! I used to order all the way up until 5 minutes before closing and now they cancel the order and DONT ANSWER the phone! At least have the balls to tell your customers why your canceling their order! We order so often my husband works nights and doesn't get off until 1130-2am he loves pizza and it is so much better hot! Maybe we just need to find a new pizza place whom honor their open hours and loyal customers... its to bad really because they have amazing pizza and the drivers are all so nice...
Consistently late. They have literally given me 4 free pizzas. I am sitting here now watching the prep phase exceed an hour. I will receive a mediocre product at best. Sure I can go somewhere else but that is not what Domino's is about. I am fwding to HQ as well. Most of the good comments on here are Bots. They are lucky I have to click on a star to post.
Pizza was 30 minutes past when it said it was going to be done. They said it was going to be another half hour so we tried to cancel the order to get a refund and they said they couldn’t. We understand if you’re understaffed, but they should adjust their times so people aren’t waiting for an hour+ in their car. And then the fact that they refused to give us a refund is ridiculous and not right.
The Foothills store is efficient and I usually receive my order before it's expected. The people are very nice and will help with suggestions.Thank you Foothills Staff.

We are regulars at this location and are pleased with the quality and quantity of ingredients most of the time and you cannot beat the value of the coupons. We have learned on busy nights to place an order hours in advance because it can get pretty busy with long delays. The staff is hardworking and kind.
Ordered 3 pizzas to pickup. Ap said 45 minutes. Arrived 50 minutes after placing order. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked again and the reply was " it's busy probably gonna be about 20 minutes more. The time given doesn't reflect the true time because some people request a certain time" What?? They had no answer and didn't seem to care. At least the pizzas were hot.
past 2 orders have both given me horrible food poisoning to the point where I am swearing off dominos. gave em another chance and they poisoned me. Do yourself a favor and go spend the extra money to get a pizza at il fornaio at least your body will be able to absorb those nutrients. I have a feeling someone is going to be making a call to the local health inspector soon.
They were very professional, a mistake was made and they handled it very well and quickly! I will definitely order from here again and the food is amazing.
