Their fryer was broken so no fries, no cheesecake bites, nothing that needed fryin' was available. Food took FOREVER to get and we didn't even use drive thru. The food that we got was decent. The workers were nice but like every other review mentions, they need to get it together!!! We will not go back here. Obviously they have poor management.
Whoever is in charge of this place needs to reconsider the way business is conducted in all aspects. Worst service for everything always takes 30mins+ to get your food not coming here again. This del taco is most likely losing at least 30- 40% of their customers just due to being ignorant about what needs fixing/ improving- as for the people who couldn’t care less how their food is cooked and waiting in line for 30 mins each visit- del taco will always be around!
The drive through should be labeled "The Drive in motel"! Just pack your bags and plan for a long stay. I tried to give it a chance but have been through 4 times in the last month at different times and none of them peak times - 1 time OK the others waaaay too long. Today again, a total of only 4 cars ahead of me and it took over 12 min to place my order and then 24 more min to get my order. I will not be back.
For a new store this is the worst del taco I have ever been to. The food is never hot, or even warm. I love Del Taco for there french fries. Always fresh and hot. Not this store on blue Oaks. Tiny shriveled up cold fries every time. I keep going back hopping it will be different the next time, but it never is. This will be my last time I go to this store.
This Del Taco is a new location. I have not had great experiences wih Del Taco's in the past so I was sceptical. I ordered tacos and surprisingly they were pretty good. The ingredients were fresh, and so was the shells. The line was long, but I think it is due to it being newly open. The employees were friendly, and again the food was good. I look forward to going back again.
Drive thru was 5 cars ahead of me. Waited 30 plus min just to move. A nother 10-15 min just to get my food. Never coming to this place again. Last time my food was just thrown in the bag all messy and sloppy. I get it covid really fked up a lot of things but at least tell ppl sorry for the long wait! The lady in front of me kept getting out her car cause her poor baby was crying. Asked for Well Done fries and still got fries that wernt well done. Well done fries don't bend. I hate soggy fries. Del taco doesn't know what WELL DONE MEANS! I'll give one extra ⭐ just cause the soft chicken tacos were good. Skimppy on the chicken but still tasted Good! This Del taco area isn't worth it go someplace else.
I don't know if it is a fluke or what because I know this is a relatively new location, but the team working 1/18 looked full staffed but was not able to serve a rush even with a person taking orders in the drive thru. All i got were two tacos and it took 35 minutes total to get my food, they told me to park and they'd bring it out but after around 8 minutes I realized they probably forgot my order. So I went back inside where I waited some more until they realized they had checked me as served and wouldn't have come out if I hadn't come in. The service is totally fine any other time, but I don't think I'll come back during a rush ever again
Clean location and nice workers, but the items were hastily thrown in the bag and all of the contents of the tacos fell out onto the bottom of the bag. Not fun pulling that all back out and putting it into the shells.
Went in for some tamales, they didn't have any. ? Settled on some other items. While we were waiting, a lady came in and asked to speak to the manager, because her bean burrito smelled like cigarettes. No manager was on site, she ended up talking to her on the phone. Anyway, when we got our burritos, we decided to check them out before eating. Sure enough, they smelled like cigarettes! The crunchtada too! I tend to think they burned the beans rather than used them for an ashtray, but still, really?! I think the poor kids running the store were in over their heads. The employees here have always been friendly, but there always seems to be issues. I recommend avoiding this location if you can. Sad, because my wife and I love Del Taco.
I spent 53 minutes in the drive-thru on Halloween due to a staffing shortage for a simple order. Tried it again another time weeks later and it was a 37 minute wait. The food quality has been exceptional both times but the delays here have been the worst I have ever experienced. I hope this location can work out these issues, as even a reduced menu with normal drive through times would be preferable.
