Ordered a meal off DoorDash. They didn't even give me what I ordered.... it was very similar to what was advertised, but as if they were lazy to complete the actual order. I expected grilled chicken in my tacos, and got these weird pre-made fried chicken sticks instead. Incredibly disappointing. Don't look anything like what was advertised. I'm losing faith in ordering from del taco on DoorDash. Too many mistakes.
Wonderful service from Ivy and Josh, very professional and food was fresh. 10/10 recommend, would go again. Sauce hit different.
Terrible customer service, I ate in the dining room the staff took their time taking my order the employee hardly said anything beyond what do you want I got the impression that the entire staff wanted everyone gone, I've worked fast-food before and I know it's a tough job but you have to have some common curtisey like saying hello and not walking away as soon as you get a chance.
Well, all I can say is don't order the grilled chicken tacos! It smelled like a toilet and made me have diarrhea all morning the next day. I didn't eat the whole thing. I wish I hadn't eaten it ? what was I thinking???
Their new tacos with the corn tortilla wrap around the chicken no good not made right the corn tortillas are heated up or nothing and the regular tacos on Taco Tuesday nothing really in them and even got a pinch a pinky nail to a pinky with cheese that's all the cheese they give you it was never like this so if you want to save money and eat something good don't go here to this place
Great food been going to Del Taco since it opened in 1964 in So Cal now all three of our kids go there and all my grandchildren and great grandchildren.

My fries smelled like they left a cleaning rag sitting next to them and there was a hair in my soda. Thanks for the memories.
I must say how very happy we were with our visit to Del Taco on Douglas blvd. The food is pretty good mexican fast food, where they stand out is customer service. From the cheerful greeting by the drive through clerk to the smile and friendliness from window person to the shift manager who personally explained they were out of tamales and gave us a coupon for some freebies for next visit to make up for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work and thank you for being there for us.
