The fruit on my cake had mold in it so at the end of the day it was not fresh!! and that was money wasted... Whoever the manager is needs to get their staff in order . Costa Vida is not cheap and we pay for everything to be on point and clearly that's not happening.

This place has been a family favorite for years. We all love it. Try the pork salad with ranch tomatillo dressing and the key lime dessert. All made from scratch!

Disappointed. Restaurant has been on steady decline with service, food taste, and shrinking portion sizes over the past 3 years. The restaurant is adequately staffed but disorganized and rushed in their "assembly line" process. Customers have little time to select desired toppings and ensure they are not providing overly skimpy food portions.

Not impressed. Service was horrible. I felt like we just got robbed of $45. The service was so rushed that we did not have time nor were we offered to add any of the other toppings besides rice, beans, and salsa. The food was just ok. I remember it tasting way better like a year ago. Won't be returning here.

My fiancé and I ordered from here tonight off door dash and it’s safe to say that I was very disappointed and unhappy. I ordered a grilled chicken cheese quesadilla with sour cream and all I got was a regular cheese quesadilla with no chicken and no sour cream and the tortilla was hard as a rock. I also ordered a cinnamon tortilla which was completely missing from the order along with the additional cinnamon tortilla that my fiancé ordered that she also did not get. We also got the smallest scoop of rice and beans that you could possibly imagine it was probably the equivalent of a third of a scoop. I will never be eating here again and I hope that their management and staff can get their act together

Ordered online. Picked up exactly when it said it was going to be ready. Food was cold and Burrito was mushy like it had been prepared hours before and sitting in the sauce. Would not recommend.

Perfectly fine. Food was quite tasty. I did feel that the restaurant itself needed a some TLC. It seemed a little tired.

Minus -High price, really small portions. Even with coupons it does not help much.Plus - good taste, nice ambience.

Understaffed so I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt. Food was mediocre, rice was undercooked and the red sauce is too wet. Staff was nice until I asked them to add sauce and cheese to my burrito. I was told that I should have asked for that at the beginning. Which I thought I did when she asked sauce, I said enchilada… which she poured inside the burrito. The real kicker is every ad and promo material shows exactly what I ordered “Sweet Pork Burrito” smothered in sauce and cheese and a small salad. Seems sill to get upset because I asked for what was advertised.

Great food but took awhile because there was only two staff, but they worked as quickly as possible.
