They got rid of the games that my wife and I liked to play. Replacements are not as much fun or easy to use. Do not like having to order through the phone app. Prefer the old method of being able to look at an actusl menu and ordering from a flesh and blood waiter/waitress. They also replaced some of the popular menu n items.Don't know if we are going to be going back much longer.

Simply put. For a place filled with most younger high school and college students. The Customer Service is outstanding and you can tell they take pride in trying their best and doing whatever they can to make your experience enjoyable and as smooth as possible. I could not recommend this place more. It is absolutely phenomenal.
The ice cream here is to rich and you can’t finish it. You don’t even want to finish it. You’ll need lots of water. I won’t be coming back here.

CODY was amazing, super helpful, all around wonderful experience especially helping out with a door dash delivery that wasn’t really cold stones fault but made sure I felt heard and took care of everything. Literally best customer service I have yet to see!!!
Horrible customer service. Employee started a fight with a customer & was wearing no mask. I also over heard her say her shift was over so she was strictly there for drama.
Five employees all of them helping three customers that didn't have much of a big order and making everyone else wait.
