paid $3.75 for one tablespoon of icecream and wait one hour in line. smh
They were really busy, but the line moved quickly and the service was great. The ice cream and selection was delicious as always.
I love cold stone ice cream but this place stunk like rotten milk and all machines were dirty with batter all over them and microwave had batter all over it. They need better service waited 15 mins even owner saw us didn’t help us so we walked out wasn’t going eat anything from here because I couldn’t probably get sick off anything from here

Online purchased a small round $28.00 said it was ready and available for pick-up. Arrived no cake but the larger cake was available at $75.00. No discount they didn't even throw in the candles. Alot of up sale there! If I didn't have son waiting on it I would not have taken it.... won't be back.
The employees of this Cold Stone are very friendly, fast and polite. I like Cold Stone Creamery so I've gone to a lot of them, and this is one of the best ones! Good job guys!

Worst customer service. While I love the ice cream, every time I go in, the customer service is consistently horrible. There will be a line of people in the store and only 1 person actually helping customers while others are in the back. It takes forever to get your ice cream, and the majority of the time they mess up the order. Do better Coldstone.
Usually delish but the galeria location is off their game. Mix ins were wrong, packed lobby. Next time we go back to the sunrise location where our order is always right and Murali runs a great crew.
