Go to a different location. I only stopped here because it was spur of the moment. The customer service wasn't the greatest or efficient, the guys seemed to be consumed in their own conversations which made ordering process take longer than it should've. There's not much seating that this location and every open table was dirty and thinking back on it, the restaurant overall didnt seem too clean. I'm surprised based on the area it's located in. I've had much better experiences at literally any other Chipotle, but this location completely missed the mark.
Very dissatisfied with this location, no fajita veggies to start with. Prep area was messy, short staffed.. and some seemed confused about what to do. The dining area was filthy.. food on the floor, tables and chairs looked liked they hadn’t been wiped off in some time. Oh, the guacamole was not chopped up.. it looked like a half of an avocado! We did ask to speak with a manager, but she didn’t come out.. won’t visit this one again. Ps the food looked dried out and wasn’t up to usual chipotle standards,
I have not visited this particular location ever before and I had not eaten at chipotle in for a long time but I will certainly say this location was excellent. The food was extremely good. I ordered actually a kids meal which I usually find plenty and I have to say this was very good and way more than I would ever gotten one of my kids to eat so I was very impressed. It was a great value for five dollars. I would highly recommend this location definitely be back soon is excellent and the staff incredibly nice.
I have lost track of how many times I have eaten at this restaurant over the years. Their food is always consistent and delicious. There’s only been a few times when our takeout order was a little messed up, but that was partially our fault for not checking everything before leaving the restaurant.
Filthiest place in the universe. Employees are dirty, they were cleaning the countertops with the spray right next to open containers of food. I saw one of the employees sneezing who was not wearing a mask. The counters are filthy, food is scattered all over the place. Food contamination is out of control. I am shocked how are they in business after all the food violations. My family member and I got sick after eating here we had terrible food poisoning. Avoid if possible!!
I had the best Chipotle experience I've had in years. I walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly eyes and kind words. I stood in line and noticed they were busy, but the line was moving quickly and their positive attitudes made it a pleasant wait. I noticed the plant-based options on the menu and asked the staff if it was any good. They answered yes and asked if I wanted a sample. At this point I was elated because I already felt welcomed, but the sample made me feel like royalty! I told the customer next to me "wow they're doing an awesome job!" And they were, however one person stuck out and seemed to be going above and beyond. It was as if she was the wood glue holding two already nailed pieces together. (Implying that the whole team was competent and her efforts made absolutely sure they could be). She was the one that offered me the sample and this was in between running back and forth from the kitchen and washing her hands and switching gloves to ensure cleanliness and safety! I later found out her name was Ashley! I live in North Highlands but if I want Chipotle I'm going to come here! It shouldn't go without mentioning that Bani and Caleb were also amazing very courteous and helpful in my decision making process. Them tacos was schmackin!
Incredible food and service. The line went so quick in this store and the 4 different people who served us and rang up our food were all welcoming, polite and patient while our good sized group took their time to make decisions on what they wanted. The store was clean, the food was super delicious and the chips were the best I have ever had. One of the managers, Kat, had great customer service. Everyone working seemed happy to be there and it made this rare family lunch and enjoyable experience.
It’s crazy to think about how busy chipotle is! I feel like every time I mobile order, they have it ready 30 minutes late. If I’m craving chipotle after work, I go in to order, and sometimes they close early because they ran out of food! Delicious when I do get the opportunity to eat it though :)
Your employees should not be yelling across the restaurant to people about wearing a mask and telling them to walk over to Nugget Market and buy one.
First time at Chipotle. It won't be the last.. Salads were great.
