Worst Chipotle. Very small portions compared to literally every other Chipotle. Understaffed.
I come to chipotle every day after the gym the food is very tasty but lately one female Caucasian staff member mid 20’s always skimps mine and my boyfriend’s bowls the ratio of meat to rice and beans is horrible barely any protein every time she build are bowls they are never full, Anyways every other staff member always gives us great portions and we never have to ask for more!
Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Stood in the front of the line for 10 minutes with all the employees only working on web orders. When it was finally our turn for the employees to grace us with their presence, they mentioned they were out of chips and guac, which was fine other than the statement from one of the workers, “we aren’t staffed enough to make chips”… there were 7 employees standing around, there might have even been a thumb war tourney going on. Now let’s get to the burrito making skills… if I could give it a 0 I would, but I can’t so I’m giving it a 1. I got a half of scoop of rice, 26 black beans, a dollop of chicken, 4 strands of fajitas, and about a half gallon of salsa. Just the worst ratio ever… there was no special instructions just a burrito with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajitas, and medium salsa… I feel so sad for all the people who live in this town and have to call this their home chipotle…please drive 30 minutes to another chipotle… it will change your life… and maybe your bowel movements.
The food was so spoiled and gross by the time I got it. My guacamole is like brown or almost black every time. I go to Chipotle at least 2 times a week and considering how busy it is there's no reason why people should be getting old food.
It’s been months since beans and white rice have no flavor. I have stopped by during different timings to see if it’s based on staff from different shifts, but morning or afternoon food taste the same
4th time in a row i have to eat my burrito with a knife and fork as they cant seem to wrap a burrito. The line is long, moves slow, but oddly the staff appear rushed... mostly because they continue to fumble over themselves and their mistakes.
Poorly run establishment. Got there at 9 they are supposed to close at 10 but they were trying to prep the kitchen to close before serving a long line of customers. Waited for food for 25 minutes because of the lack of prepared food and lack of workers up front. There was one girl making orders and being the cashier while everyone else was standing around in the back. They definitely need to work on time management, having proper ingredients, and the correct number of employees even during the last hour of opening. People were coming in for online pick up orders that were not done because of "system problems". I doubt that was accurate, they just didn't have enough people on the front end doing work.
I'm only giving this place 2 stars because it's not the worst chipotle in town. Park at Pete's, because you'll be stuck in the chipotle parking lot if they're busy due to the drive thru line blocking in cars. Sometimes they randomly only do online pickup so you'll waste your time driving here. Last time we ordered here, was an hour before closing. They did not want to cook more, so they were out of most vital ingredients and the only salsa they had was green salsa which was so dry is looked like chewed up hay. And the black beans they put on my burrito were mostly liquid. If you're not going to serve fresh food you shouldn't sell it, I regret getting it.
Waited for over 20 minutes in line to get up there at 7:20pm and they are out of steak for the rest of the night and the rice is plain white with nothing in it. I ask if they have cilantro lime rice and he says no. But behind him is cilantro and lemon juice. This is the 5th time in a row there out of multiple things and the service is horrible. The Managment here is horrible or this wouldn’t be a constant thing. I am beyond in happy and will not return again.
Fast for pick up. Food is good . If you call for a pick up order ,and order online just leave as soon as you press the send order there that fast. Eat there every week.
