Crazy experience at Chick-fil-A Roseville tonight. Placed a mobile order and pymnt went through just fine. Then I get to drive thru window and they try to tell me that they never received pymnt on their end. I pull out my phone and show them that the pymnt did go through and that I already paid. But they continued to try to convince me that it was pending on their end and that it didn’t go through and that what I was seeing was just a “safety charge”. I was in a hurry and normally would refuse to hand over my card twice but since I was in a hurry to get to bowling I handed them my card twice. Sure enough they did charge me twice. I called the manager at the end of the night and she still insisted that they only charged me once, and I had to be extremely persistent and insist that I was charged twice. Finally, after a long time and multiple calls, she finally agreed to give me a refund “just to get this over with” she said… wow just wow! Even the guy at Capital One told me that they charged me twice. 
The food from here is great as always but I wanted to leave a review about Kevin's customer service! There was a proposition 65 warning on the front door warning about the risk of mercury and acrylamide. I just found out I was pregnant but didn't think connect the dots when I ordered. Later, I called the store in a panic and Kevin circled back with upper management to provide details on the warning. He was able to assist me promptly and I really appreciated his exemplary service!
I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup the lid was not put on properly by the time I got home the soup had spilled over in the bag leaked through the bag and all over my brand new seats and my purse I made a phone call to that restaurant that I purchased from had to leave a message and never received a phone call back.
Disappointed in this Chic Fil A location. My wife and I have gone weekly for months, love the food. I was 3 minutes late for breakfast today, but they refused to allow me breakfast. If anything they were rude about it with no apologies. Usually good customer service, but I must have dealt with the wrong person who wasn't trained well. The crazy thing is had I not missed the stop light next to this location I would have made it on time. Not to mention had been dealing with my fussy child, who delayed me a few minutes. Usually places have a grace window, but not this location. I picked up breakfast elsewhere today, this location has lost my money, will go elsehwere for breakfast next time.
Just tasted Chick-fil-A a couple months ago and this place is amazing. I get the #1 Deluxe (no lettuce, extra extra pickle) with waffle frys and a side of their Mac and cheese! The best chicken sandwich! Down load the app to earn points and get rewarded for eating their!!! The staff is super friendly and polite even my kids were saying how nice the drive thru guy was!!! Keep up the great service and food!
I really love Chick-Fil-A and have been going here forever. The flavor of their chicken is so good. Unfortunately I have been so disappointed in this location for the past couple years. My go to is chicken nuggets but pretty much every time I get them here they are extremely tiny. As in it almost seems like a joke that they are calling it a nugget. Today was the last straw. I ordered an 8-count and they were so overcooked because their size was so small, one was only about 1/8 inch thick and another was about the size of a marble. All were so small and when you pay over 50 cents a nugget it’s very disheartening! I don’t like to be a complainer but this has happened every time I come to this location and get nuggets for the past couple years. Other items are fine, it just seems to be the nuggets that they cut so small. Other locations I have gotten much larger nuggets.
Chick-fil-A is so good. Are kids are getting to old for kid meals but their variety of grilled & fried nuggets is perfect without the price of a kid meal. Spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. They're all busy to the point it's more like a restaurant & not fast food, that's the reason for 4 stars. Check them out, you'll get addicted.
This location is the worst! Customer service is horrible, fries are always under filled and leadership does not care if you make a complaint! I made a complaint with the customer service number regarding my food and experience, and the store supervisor never called me!Very unfortunate! Will not use this location again!
When ordering at the restaurant, I've never received the wrong item or had a missing item. But almost every single time I place an order online, something is missing or incomplete. I expect this kind of thing from Popeyes, but you are God's chosen chicken. Do better.
Place is amazing, had a Karen scream at me and jump ahead of me in the drive thru line (it was doing a zipper motion and she didn't want to be behind me) and i assume the staff saw this and gave me my food before her, and the look on her face was priceless
