My husband and 2 sons ate there for dinner recently and the food was perfect! The pear salad with a great drink called the Chicago linen started the meal off nice followed with the always fresh and delicious deep dish. Our waiter, Mike, was outstanding, kept things going quickly and gave us great suggestions when needed. Will definitely be back soon!! Thanks for the amazing meal
Went as a party dinner for my 16 yr old bday and as always great food. The service exceeded expectations all around a great time. Good job to the team at Chicago Fire Roseville. Flawless ❣️
Had a great dinner and excellent service from Cameron. Four of us shared the Chicken Parmasen dinner which included a salad, garlic bread, spaghetti and dessert all served family style in generous portions.

We went between lunch and dinner and it was not too busy at all. We were able to sit in our own section and enjoyed a fabulous meal. All of the staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. It was our first time so we had a ton of questions and the servers were so patient and seemed to enjoy the food themselves and had input on what we might like. We got the fried artichoke hearts (YUM!) along with the Greek fries, Greek salad, and combination deep dish pizza. Also, our child got the chicken fingers and I snuck a bite and omg they were homemade and so delicious.The pizza is maybe on the best if not the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. The crust, sauce, and toppings are so fresh and so good. I really don’t have enough adjectives to describe what perfection this pizza is. It is so good. You have to love lots of toppings and cheese that just won’t quit stringing. The sauce is definitely homemade and is the rockstar.The only part of the meal that was so-so was the Greek fries and even still they were pretty good. I just wish so much we had ordered the Buffalo wings instead. Just from everything we ate I could tell those wings would have been killer. Oh well. We will be back and we can order them then.
When we want pizza, this is our place. The deep dish is our favorite and has always been on point. We also enjoy the boneless wings.Leave room for dessert and get the Blondie, it's worth the extra calories!
I’m a one slice pizza gal and I ate three because it was just so good. I love the thick chewy crust and it was loaded with toppings and not too much sauce.
Ordered a slice of “deep dish” pizza and this is what I got. Tasted fine, but wasn’t at all what I expected/wanted. Service was efficient and pleasant and salad was good.
Exceptionally long wait for our deep dish pizza. Approximately 1.2 hours. When we got our pizza it was uncooked dough. We told the manager who took care of things and was very apologetic and comped the pizza. I want to thank him for how he handled the situation. I shows him the uncooked dough and he immediately apologized and comped the pizza and went and spoke to the staff, which is why I gave 4 stars. Very professional
