Sat down waited almost 10 minutes for introduction and waters. Very loid stereo to the point we had to ask to turn it down. Steak was over cooked and portion was small for a fajita plate. Server was nice but overwhelmed while 2 other people stood bye the tortilla machine doing nothing. Could have helped section with waters ect. Overall was pretty shocked at what chevys has become I remember years ago how awesome this place was.

The chairs are horrible! Uncomfortable, small, metal chairs. They use to have really nice, sturdy, comfortable, wooden ones. Whomever decided to change them for the crappy metal ones made a huge mistake! Our backs were killing us, could not wait to get out of there. We love Chevys, but may have to switch to a different location with better seats.
Always go to Chevys for our Mexican menu! Drinks are always good! Food always consistent! ????

From the time we opened the door to the moment we left we were cared for and treated like people. The restaurant has had some refreshing on the inside, it looked open and welcoming. The hostess greeted us with a smile and helped us find a table in the bar. Next, we were welcomed in by Mario who made our entire experience. He told us about the happy hour specials that ere all day on Sunday... WHAT!!! Mario was friendly, polite and intentional with his service. Thank you Chevys for making our Sunday Date Day Perfect.
Reliable good food and service. This Chevy's is very convenient off freeway I-80 in Roseville, CA. Great for family, casual dining.
I put in our reservation that it was my husband’s birthday - no mention of it .. food and service were mediocre at best this visit .. very disappointing
