I just went through the drive-through and ordered a meal that said $9.99 on the menu board. I was overcharged by $.60 and when I brought it to the drive-through employee’s attention he argued with me and told me his price was correct even though it was not the posted price. He was unprofessional and confrontational. Terrible service on the employee’s part and bad business for Carl’s junior to knowingly overcharge people.
Went here for a milkshake with my daughter after school today only to be told that they were out of ice cream. This will be my last time going here. This store has some work to do and ordering to figure out.
Got my food correct but this was the first time I have been so completely disgusted on the quality of food. The best part of the food was it was correct and complete. I have never had a burger even wrong or not correct be In all honesty this bad. Yeah maybe its not what I ordered but the burger in it's self is still good, but Not this time. My chicken sandwich and cold fries tasted like a chewy rubber consistency. Or in other words made hours ago and left in whatever that keeps food warm all day. Then I take a drink of my coke, to have it taste like it was missing the syrup to the drink. I have never felt so cheated out of my money. And with gas over 5 dollars it was to far to go back. So learn from me and avoid this location. Get the del taco it's in the same parking lot maybe 20 feet away from the Carls Jr . You'd be better off
To The older man that works the late night shift.You're the funniest drive through speaker worker i ever ran into man. Had me laughing tryna order. Keep on doing you man.
Literally the slowest drive through ever. The employees aren’t rude but seem well undertrained by the manager. Sat in line for 23 minutes with two cars ahead of me and if it wasn’t for the car behind me I would have reversed and left. Management needs a restructure.
Carl Jr's is closed at 8:30 doors closed can't go in and get an order if you don't have a vehicle to drive through then what? This is quite often and this is in the morning when people would like to have a breakfast burrito.
One of the few Carls that doesn't give you smashed up burgers. Great service.
Come on now, if you're reading a review of fast food, then you already know CJs can be delicious. So l will talk about the service here. It seems a lot of fast food places are making, on average, more mistakes with my orders. This might be a symptom of of the pandemic or something else. My advice is to just check your order before you go, you will save yourself a lot of headache.
Asked for no ice in my drink then I got ice and my fries were cold and my burger was warm. I recommend a different Carl's jr
Wednesday 1/5/22. Drive thru closed. First Check to see if they are 9Pm. First and last time going there. They Didn't want to tell me why. No MAMen!!!
