Old Town favorite. Very authentic Mexican food. Homey atmosphere.
After their first challenge as to the authenticity of my service dog, we were seated in the hallway next to the kitchen and restroom away from any ambiance the cafe may have offered. Then again at the table I was asked for documentation for my animal which I produced and the questioning continued well passed me informing her that she already went to far. My meal was ruined right at that point. I wouldn’t give them one American dollar nor would I have left the waitress/hostess any tip. SO WE LEFT. Nice way to treat the disabled veterans
Our Family Has Been Going Here For 20 Plus Years! We've Had Birthday Gatherings Here And Most Family Celebrations Here Also! I've Never Once Left Here Unhappy Or Upset With My Meal OR My Service... This Place Is The Rule Book On How You Should Be Treated And Respected By An Establishment! You Won't Be Dissatisfied I Promise You.

We absolutely love Cafe Delicious!! The salsa is always fresh and delicious. Some of our favorite items are the chimichanga, enchiladas and the chicken fajitas. Great staff too!!

This place never disappoints. Yesterday we had the Super Taco and a cheese enchilada plate.
My dad took me here many times when I was younger. Decided to try it again with my family last Sunday and we waited an hour and a half for our entrees. We'd ask for more chips and salsa, then would only receive chips. Had to ask several times. One server was busy with a party, but ours just seemed annoyed that we were there. We didn't complain, but just before she gave us our bill, she said she was going to bring our daughters out a couple of churros and mentioned it to us twice. Thanks? The gentleman server/ host was very helpful, but we probably won't be back. I was bummed about our experience and meals. My dad always loved this restaurant.
This place sometimes gets really busy, for good reason, but sometimes the food suffers as a result which is a bummer. That being said, you catch this place on a normal to good day and at a good time, it's some of the best Mexican food you'll find anywhere. Im not remotely joking, and it's not a typo...anywhere.
