Great atmosphere for watching a football ? baseball ⚾️ and basketball ? games ?
Walked in shortly after 6pm on a Tuesday and got sat right away. Server was at our table with a smile in less than 2 minutes and drinks at the table within 5 minutes of sitting. We ordered the Cheese Curd Burger and the Crispy Southern Chicken Sandwich both with fries,. We also ordered the two orders of Carrots and Celery which, unfortunately came with the meal instead of before. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was one of the best I've had in a long time. The coleslaw pushed the sandwich from good to great.
We came to the Roseville location for the First time to celebrate my husband's bday. First we ordered the onions ring and came fast but for the rest of the order, waited exactly an HOUR! Onion rings were good. We also ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries and 30 piece chicken wings. The sandwich was ok. The french fries were super salty. The chicken wings seasoning on all 5 sauces were over empowering to the point we could not eat them. We looked around for our waitress and could not see her anywhere, so I saw the hostess walking by and I told her if we could get boxes to go, when she brought the boxes we let her know that sauces were over empowering and did not taste good. She agreed that they did looked thst they had over loaded with sauce, and it depends on the cook and if wanted them to make them again, we said no thank you, we waited an hour to get them. We'll go home and try to fix them. Later on, our waitress sees that we did not eat our chicken wings and did not bother to asks us if everything was okay. Restaurant was about 30% full. $72 for concentrated sauce over wings! (4 waters 0 alcohol) First and last time coming here! Don't say I didn't warn you! We regret not looking at the Roseville reviews which is 2 1/2 stars and I 100% agree!
Ordered to go and the food was ready on time and was good. Their large fries was severely lacking, I don't see how they can charge $7 for that paltry amount. They also didn't put a lid on the salsa for our appetizer so it spilled all over the box when I got it out of the bag.
We tried the Cauliflower Wings on the side and I have to say...they weren't half bad! I'll probably get them again as an appetizer. Service was a little slow on the drink refills, but other than that on par with the rest of the BWs across the country.
Wasn't crowded on a Monday at lunch, and food was good.
Wings are decent for boneless. They have revamped Blazing to a new reaper based sauce which is quite nice. I dont do a grading scale for boneless but these are just a big chain wing place. Everyone has had them. They are what they are. Not the best but not the worst
Food was ok. Beer choices where good. Our biggest problem is we had to wait over an 1hr for a table after being quoted 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went, large and small tables were seated before us, even though they came in after. We brought it up to them and a manager stepped in. Tried to insist on sitting us at the bar, my husband and I had 5 kids with us, including a 2 month old, so the bar was not an option, after seeing the baby he agreed to that too. Then we had to wait longer for a table to get their drinks before we could be seated, not sure what their drinks had to do with us. They tried to fit all 7 of us in a normal booth, then decided to move us to two tables pushed together. The hostess tried to get us drinks but didn't really know how so we just got waters and had to wait to actually order drinks. Mine and my husband's orders were slightly off, the manager adjusted our orders for that. The poor waiter seemed to be the only one working the entire floor, so we tipped him generously and wrote him a note on his good service. It probably wouldn't have been so bad without all the kids and they did mention they were short staffed but man it was a mess...
The worst experience with take out order. Unable to place order on line, called the restaurant no one answered the phone.Came to the restaurant placed the order, waited 50 minutes to get my food. Had to ask some to get my food in the back. There was a ticket on the back indicating the food was ready 30 earlier so my food all cold. Terrible customer service!!!!!!
our server trinity was great! she made sure our drinks were always full, was very friendly and made our dining experience great! food was yummy and hot.
