We came here this weekend as we had family in town for my daughter's 4th birthday. Food was great but the really impressive thing was an employee named Lee who went above and beyond provide excellent customer service. He went waaay out of his way to celebrate my daughter and we were so blown away by his kindness. If the owner reads these, please know that you have a fantastic crew and this man, in particular, is a truly special person. Thank you Lee!
The best cheeseburger and sweet potato fries I have had. Cooked perfectly. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The sauce was alo delicious.The staff were all very nice and extremely responsive. They checked on us frequently to clear dishes and make sure the food was to our liking.I highly recommend!!
I ordered dinner for my parents' anniversary online (per their request). When I arrived for pickup I was hung up on when I told her my name. When I called again after waiting a minute they didn't answer (they had 6 people working and they weren't busy/packed). I ended up having to go inside because I was waiting for so long. The two girls behind the counter weren't very courteous and the one that hung up on me went out of her way to avoid ever looking at me. When I finally got the food home I discovered my burger was only a patty on lettuce. There was no bacon (it's a Bacon Me Love you burger, after all) which was extremely disappointing. Even more so because I already paid full price despite not getting any of the other components due to my food intolerances. I didn't want to call at the time because my parents just wanted to eat dinner after having to wait so long and so I figured my call would probably get hung up on or ignored again. I did contact the company I ordered through about the experience since they're the ones that took my money and the receipt mentioned refunds but two days later they let me know they have nothing to do with this. Aside from all of this, the burger patty is just sub-par.
Passing through town and stumbled on this spot. It is a cool little place in a strip mall area. burgers and more, their fries are super crispy and flavorful with plenty of sauce options. Perks: It has a bar and outdoor seating on top of it's regular menu offering. Great beer selections, tap and cans.The staff was helpful and very polite. Checked in on us several times, we had better service here than at a proper sit-down restaurantCheck it out.Staff experience: Chatting with the gal who took the order when you walk in - along for something that is not regional here (fry sauce) led to a fun conversation about where we were from and that she had family in a similar place.Later, she came back with business cards with a free appetizer, just in case if we found out way back again before we headed home
Amazing drink selection-Local emphasis-great food-friendly staff! I don’t see how people review this place with all these positive comments and don’t give them five stars! My first time here and I encourage you to come in and check it out you’ll see for yourself! You will not be disappointed.
Just stumbled on this place !! Amazing customer service and this was the best burger we have had in a very long time ! Killer dies piping hot homemade ranch and many beers on tap , they even gave us a 1st time customer card for a free finger food item ! ❤️
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambience is good. Food is good. Chicken is tender in burger and the wings. Jalapeño fries tasted delicious.
Was looking for a good burger in the area and I'm glad we came here. Got the original burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had. Also got garlic fries and cheese curds and tasted some beers. Everything was delicious. Tammy and Stephanie were very nice and made us feel welcomed. Great service and great food. Will be back.

Absolutely loved them but lately it's been hit or miss. Undercooked burgers, missing and incorrect items, fried taste like the oil needs changed etc. It makes it hard to want to risk going since odds are it will be sub par. I really hope they get their act together because their burgers really are fantastic when they get them right. Also, they need to put togo fries in a paper bag instead of in insulated containers. They get incredibly soggy from the trapped steam.
