The drinks are really good. However if a business is not going to accept cash they need to make it clear on the outside of the establishment and on the website. It is not okay to refuse to take legal tender with no notice to customers. I've been here at least 4 times before and there has never been any sign or notice saying they don't accept cash. Their kiosk says it only takes card or apple pay but that is not the same as saying the business as a while doesn't.

My favorite boba tea in the area! The boba is always soft and chewy. No extra charge for alternative milks! They have cows milk, almond milk, and oat milk.
Been here a few times and recently been here 2 days ago! Sadly they were out of boba at the time so I tried out the Taro smoothie and the Oreo smoothie!The wait took a bit but it’s only fair since I believe there was one worker there at the time.The Taro smoothie was easy to taste its flavor and less of the sugar which made it delicious. Bonus points for the different milk options they provide especially if your lactose!The Oreo smoothie was so beautiful and tasted very pleasant. The little Oreo they added on top of the whipped cream was such a wonderful touch it felt like grabbing the drink from the actual image.Best part is that the cups they use are reusable so rethink before throwing them out!Only downside I’d like to mention is that they sadly don’t allow cash for payment and just card and that’s all. (:
Not bad for a boba place in the Sac area. Got a brown sugar milk tea and the pearls were actually competently sweetened and cooked. Might come back for other drinks.
Someone I know didn't have a good first impression of this place but we went here anyways because I never tried there drinks. Their second impression was much better and I liked the drink I got. I do wish there golden boba wasn't sold out when we were there because it seems everyone likes their golden boba.
Took 45 minutes on a Sunday to get a couple of Taro smoothies longest wait ever for a bobo place
Every time they take my order and tell me they have something and every time they mess it up. They end up calling me back to tell me they are out of something(every time) or they forget ice cream. Or they forgot that I ordered blended and not iced. It’s crazy it isn’t that hard to know if you have ingredients or not and it especially isn’t hard when my physical order is in front of you. This place has a great menu and awesome products but absolutely horrible personnel. working there

I came in and waited for about 20 minutes before I could order because they don’t offer a translation option on their iPad. The drinks were over priced and tasted DISGUSTING! The drink was bitter when I chose standard sweetness and, left a nasty taste in my mouth. The the actual bobas tasted ok. Inside the store they say that they have something called golden boba and on the boba options they were nowhere to be found. When you actually get your drinks after a 15 minute wait the lid is falling off and your drink is leaking everywhere. I don’t recommend coming here. I’m going to stick to T4 or Bobaolligy.
