I always test out a new cafe with a double shot of espresso. It's easy to cheat espresso when most people order lattes, where the quality of the espresso matters far less than when consumed independently. I'm delighted to say that Bloom's barista (I wish I knew her name, I'll probably chat with her next time) exceeded my expectations--my drink had fantastic balance, body, and mouthfeel. I typically prefer less acidity, but a good, balanced brew like the one I had today will have me questioning that position. Additionally, the workers were organic and human and pleasant to interact with. I'll certainly be back!

I spent about two hours there while working and waiting for car repairs at the Automall.I had a cold brew, bottled Sparkling water and a breakfast burrito. The cold brew had a great flavor and the breakfast burrito had this delicious pesto in it (no mayo too yay!).They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

Bloom has come such a long way. I wasn’t very impressed my first visit a while back. I returned with a friend today and got their brioche bacon breakfast sandwich and it is a game changer! I paired it with a French pressed Ethiopian roast coffee using Verve beans. I was not disappointed! Great work Bloom!

I don't get the hype. Are these reviews from friends and family members? The coffee is gross. Straight up gross. So is the tea. Not sure what they're doing back there but the flavors do not make sense. Sandwiches had runny egg and dollar store hash browns. It's got a Claremont vibe with Walmart flavors. This place is confused.

Tried this place for the first time and the Coffee was fine. The Bathrooms weren’t well maintained and that their toilet seat covers were missing and their toilet paper dispenser was empty. I informed staff and they responded with okay.

In 2008, the Elia Brothers opened Bloom Coffee and Tea. It's a cute and quaint coffee shop. It fits in perfectly with the Mediterranean shopping center theme. They have a very simple menu displayed. If there's something you're craving, ask if they know how to make it. I would recommend the business have weekly specials of more fun and complex drinks. I've heard there's a secret menu, by looking in the mirror behind the register. I didn't discover this until after I had been to this coffee shop. Also, I would recommend the cashier / barista repeat the order to ensure you're getting exactly what you ordered. I asked for an iced skinny sugar-free vanilla latte, but received a latte with heavy cream. The prices are a bit high compared to their competitors. This could be a good coffee date. Since there is a cute outdoor patio to sit and get to know each other. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Great little coffee shop to do work at!Open till 7pm, has plugs and good WiFi, nice staff and music!Only downside is that they don’t have many “for here” mugs/glasses so it may come in a single use plastic cup.

The coffee was the main part of my wife went in there she loved it. I on the other hand, was left wanting a filling breakfast.

No mask in sight! Yikes! None of the employees wearing masks, not a single customer wearing a mask. I didn’t see the reviews beforehand (wish I checked them) and felt unsafe immediately walking in. The drinks we got were mediocre and we got them “to go” so we don’t get sick. This review is for people who care about their loved ones and community and don’t want to risk getting sick for a mediocre coffee. If you don’t care about COVID safety, then this is the place for you!
