I'll start with the pros: all staff were nice and the manager seemed to genuinely care about the experience of the customers. Prices were high (the new norm everywhere I guess), but not ludicrous.Cons: Maybe it's the current state of the economy with higher costs and difficulty hiring staff, but this experience was just not good. We waited 20 minutes to be seated when all outdoor tables were empty except one. Then waited 20 more minutes to see the waitress for the first time.When the food arrived it was very basic, like almost from a fast food place. Everybody's food at the table was flavorless.Tbh, I haven't ever been a big fan of this place, so maybe I'm not the best judge, but this was a new low.
Oh how the mighty have fallen. We used to go here as a treat for great food. Granted it been a couple years and we felt like tasting it again and ordered some. The Mac and cheese is like a kraft one except you probably make it more cheesy at home added hot sauce for non cardboard flavor. One garlic knot for garlic knots and I ordered the bar chicken and ended up dousing the entire dish, potatoes and broccoli with it in ranch for flavor. The hoagie my roomatr ordered game out great. Over all, a let down, with prices being higher than the food is worth. Makes me wish we just cooked in the kitchen instead of ordering out.
Went 5/26 for my grand daughter's graduation celebration didn't wait long to get in due to my niece making reservations ahead of time. We get there got seated waitress came over and took our orders for food and drinks. It took greater than 30 minutes for some of the meals to come and longer for others, let me back up the drinks came first my sister-in-law discovered her drink had some ones else lips imprinted on her drink she was told her burger was given to someone else and gee she's was sorry when she finally got another one it was cold they didn't take the time cook it or melt the cheese on. They totally ruined my grand daughter's graduation dinner celebration, twice my daughter and niece received meals were just screwed up with the second time around worst than the first (SERVING SOMEONE COLD BLACK BEANS WITHOUT COOKING OR HEATING THEM) REALLY. WE CAME BECAUSE WE HEARD WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE IT WAS!! Well you don't have to worry about us coming back especially if you don't want to serve us decent food and drinks.
Been sitting on the patio for over an hour…still no drinks…super slow and no help for the server. Manager was very rude when asked about the wait. It wasn’t the server’s fault…Food was cold and salads were wilted…I understand we had a big party but this is ridiculous.
This is always a good option for good food and drink. The service is great but it is always very busy. Try their margarita or mojito flights.
One of the worst experiences of simply just getting takeout ever. Too start off I ordered curbside pickup and due to no spots being available I had to park in a non designated spot which I checked in as per usual then said my food should be ready around 7:25 so I waited til then and no one so I decided to call and check on my food they say since I’m not in the correct spot they won’t take out my order to me. So I tried to come inside to get my food. Only to find out the waiting area is packed so I had to stand outside while it is pouring down raining. So once I got my order and drove back home I checked the food only to find the strawberry shortcake pazookie is extremely underdone (it was basically cookie dough). I don’t think I will be going back to bjs at least this location
Our waiter, Kevin was amazing! His recommendations were accurate and forthcoming. His service was friendly and the food was delivered quickly and accurately. The portions were excellent and I was so full, I had to pass on the amazing dessert.The Calamari appetizer was enough for two, and excellent. The Ribeye steal was cooked perfectly at Medium Rare, and all the sides were perfect. All drinks were kept full, and there were zero screwups. Total win!

This is one of the better bjs I’ve been to in the area. I went in tonight excepting a pretty long wait because it was 6pm on Thursday which is usually dinner and I saw a pretty big line. I was surprised to see only one host at the stand taking names and seating so I was expecting the worst luckily he was able to get me and my family of 5 seated in 5 minutes he was quick and kind to us and even offered the new prickly pear beer which was amazing! We had Brandon as our server and he did phenomenal job with us he was super nice and quick to take our order and recommended what to eat the new beer with. I always get the rack of ribs and can I just say these were some of the better ribs I’ve ever had! Overall this bjs is doing it right for a food chain restaurant the staff seem to work together very well and the manager Joe even came up to us to chat for a bit! Great job y’all!
