One of the best experiences I had in a Baskin-Robbins , the employee was really helpful and offered samples for me to try before I made my purchase. This employee knows the value of a customer. I will be going back there again not so much for the ice cream but for the service I received here.
They were out of a lot of their flavors due to the fridge not working. We still got ice cream just not the flavors we truly wanted. Total bummer!

Franchise needs attention. Main ice cream cooler down for over a week. Marginal selection. Now credit card machine down and won't take bills over $20. All debts public and private comes to mind.
Nice comfortable homely atmosphere. Friendly courteous staff. Great for going with family for couple of scoops...Pralines & Cream, my favorite.
