Go to a place that values your business. I don’t support businesses that discriminate.Came at 9:45 and they told me the dining room was closed and only take out was available , which didn’t make sense since online says they are open till 10:30.But I agreed and waited for my food outside , people walked in after me at 10:00 and the waitress sat them down at a table .The sushi wasn’t good either , dry and flavorless.I am a big fan of the gold river arigatos but won’t come here again .I’ll take my business elsewhere where everyone is treated fairly .
This hidden gem is clearly popular with the locals since there was wait to get in and that line didn’t go away when we finished our meal. The bento box is a great deal and the sushi was delicious. The beef teriyaki and sesame chicken was exceptional.
Deep fry the maki rolls properly and add some flavor!
We have been to this restaurant in the past and it was good. Tonight we went again. This time we ordered 3 rolls and then another quickly after. The last roll we ordered actually came quite quickly in about 20 mins. Then we waited for 85 minutes!!! We asked the waiter three times if he knew where our food was, he had no answer. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours and we left right after we ate. It’s ridiculous! On top of all that the rolls were not very good. One was bitter and another was dried out, the rice felt and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. There were shrimp peels in several bites, the whole experience was very disappointing. The waiter never said he was sorry for the wait or any kind of gesture to make the situation better. There were three couples who actually were seated after us and got all of their food before us. Shameful!
I think this is definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants. Great service, reasonably priced, and they seem to make my favorite rolls just the right way.
Our first time leaving a 1 star review to a food business, don't want to but the service was too bad. Waitress was extremely rude with an attitude, wouldn't answer any questions about menu + threw the sauce containers on our table. She seemed irritated and taking it out on us. Maybe she had a bad day?? Who knows but also, no refills and she never brought us napkins, which we asked for multiple times. Food was ok but because of service, will never come back.
Hello everyone, if you look at my reviews 95% of them are always positive cus i try to find positive things in life. I've been eating at this place for years now and they were good most of the time but it seems like last 3 times the food quality got worse and worse and this time i cant hold back n think that next time it will get better. Crazy horse roll this time looked like it was a 2 week old roll with almost no fish in it. My wifes yummy yummy roll was dry and just not looking appetizing at all.Ordered online cus their phone is not working, been calling them for about an hr. When came to pick up our order and told the cashier lady that your phone is not working, she said OKAY! with a huge attitude. Pls try to better the quality of the food and ur ppl skills that would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Was sat immediately for New years eve. They did warn us that it would be an hour wait for food but still brought out water and an appetizer not long after. I love this place!
As many times I’ve ate at Arigato’s and it’s one of my fave places because the quality of food and pricing. I ordered tonight and received brown avocado in my roll with dried out wasabi and ginger. Feels like the quality of food is on a decline.
Came here during lunch. Friendly service, excellent fresh sushi, and never had to ask to have the beverage refilled. I'll be returning here.
