I ordered lunch online with limited time in my day because I had to hurry back to the office. I figured, why not order from my favorite poki bowl spot which I was craving. I got back to the office and I was very, very, disappointed in my bowl! It was more of a soupy substance than a poki bowl!! I ordered crab salad and there was no crab salad anywhere in that bow! I couldn’t eat it, it was gross, messy and very soggy (rice)! The lady that took my order was a Maria (I believe per the receipt)and I am not sure if she was either tired/drunk making my order but this was a terrible and disgusting bowl! I didn’t have time to take it back, but I made sure to reply to the email they sent asking about my experience/visit and still no answer. I will be asking for my $$ back from my c/c since I never heard back from anyone. Never again, will I order online and it will definitely be awhile for I build any confidence in this place to go back.
Ahi Poke is quite good. The lighting inside is kind of dark so it's rather depressing when eating inside the restaurant.
Everytime I am in the area I eat here. I went there yesterday and was so disappointed. I'm not sure if they switched owners or started making short cuts on quality. The spicy mayo ruined my entire plate. It was sweet and disgusting. They need to switch the mayo they use to Hellmans. They lost a customer. I will be trying someone new.
Been a long-time customer. The food has almost always been fresh, but the service is severely lacking. For example: they've changed their rewards system twice now, and the new one requires that you use a registered card on the account or show your code to the cashier. I showed my code because my old card is no longer usable, and they tell me that there's no way to add it to the order. They said that my rewards in there are now unusable and that I have to create a new rewards account from scratch. Seriously?This isn't to mention how their portion sizing is rather inconsistent. One scoop of fish can be anywhere from a good sized amount of chopped sashimi to maybe 3 or 4 chunks. Thinking about switching Poke places, which is a shame because I've been loyal to this location for so long.

Loved the tuna bowl ? went back in for more of the sauce bcuz it just wasn't enough ? (garlic sauce)
The poke is good but the rice had a slightly weird texture the day I went. What is absolutely amazing is the Musubi. Best musubi I ever had.The macaron's they sell are also fantastic.
Time after time the employees don't read online order instructions, we consistently try to get extra crab salad, and pay for it as an addon only for it to be left out or skimped on. Third strike and we're done with this place. Overall food is decent if order could be completed correctly.

Honestly use to love this place but lately their fish has been tasting nasty. It’s not fresh and it’s so soggy. I will not be coming back here anymore. Save your money and go to another poke place! Their fish isn’t fresh
