Yes, the HK milk tea is right on target. Equally good: their popcorn chicken. More tender juicy chicken inside, better seasoning profile on the crunchy outside. My new favorite.Oh, and if you like jasmine tea, this one has the flavor AND aroma of jasmine blossoms. Well done. 5!
First time there, I tried their iced lemon tea, you can actually smell the fragrance from the tea and the iced tea itself is very flavorful. The taste is quite memorable. ?
This place is small in general. Most people won't be able to see it due its location. Overall this store has good decent boba that has a best quality for their teas. Staff here are very friendly here compared to other stores where they dont show their appreciation for you coming here. This store has that appreciation a store needs to have for customers and I will be back here whenever I am back in the area. This should be a 6/5 star ratong if i could due to the friendliness, time of wait, and quality of their drinks.

This is one of my favorite boba/popcorn chicken shops in the SGV area. The Hong Kong milk tea truly brings me back to Hong Kong. It’s delicious and creamy - not too bitter at all. The Strawberry lemon tea is very light and fresh, which is perfect for a hot summer day.My top two Popcorn chicken flavors are 13 Spice and Curry! I highly recommend getting the popcorn chicken and chicken sandwich.
Very strong Hong Kong style milk teas!
For the price, everything is subpar. I bought a milk tea, matcha latte, and 13 spice popcorn chicken, spicy. Drinks and chicken are bland. Tapioca express is better for the taste and price LOL. This tasted like Lipton milk tea from a Chinese cafe. Lipton black tea has a distinct taste. Matcha was powdery, which is expected of Matcha. Boba wasn't that impressive either. Can barely taste the spice and cumin on the chicken.
Very authentic HK style milk tea around $5, it's very strong and caffeinated. They also have other milk teas and snacks. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
My HK wife says the hk milk tea is legit. Loves their hk milk tea and the kids love the popcorn chicken
