The worst service I ever had! The wait to be seated was bad. Said it would be 30 to 45 minutes, and it took one and half hours. Waiter never came to check to see if we were okay. When we finally got his attention, he brought the wrong drink. I would not be going back!
The food is normally great but the service extremely disappointing. I hate being that person, but when you wait 2 hours and then another 45 minutes to get our food. You question if it’s even worth it, unfortunately I answer no.Don’t waste your time or money, I’m sure there are places with better service to spend your hard earn dollar.
Went for an early dinner at around 3:30pm on Friday before the crazy rush started. Relatively quick service, and food was delicious. Can’t go wrong with a pound of shrimp and Cajun fries.
We wanted to find a place to eat with real seafood and this place was so good , and the staff were so friendly and nice . The crawfish were small but , and the oysters looked very tiny , on the half shell . But , overall , the food was amazing !
This place is always busy but someone they skimp out on their to go orders. Like if they aren't checking the quality as much. Usually its fire, but this time the sauce was not as good..and the shrimp where kind of dry. I wasn't happy with this one st all. Hope to go back and that they are better. If not, I might give up this location for a while

Let us wait and never give us a table . I arrived at 8:30pm, get on the wait list. The staff never let you know whether they have a table. I waited till store closed and they didn’t get us a table. Very disrespectful people. I left crying. No matter how good the food is, I am never going there because of how they threat people.I will rather go to somewhere with okay food but respect you that make you have an enjoyable dining experience.
The wait was an hour, but it was well worth it!My birthday meal was fantastic! Everything tasted great!
I love LOVE the Boiling Crab ? !!! This one in particular the service was not so great. Food was amazing but a couple of small incidents didn't sit right with me. The food and the speed of the service was great but it doesn't make up for those small things that can make a difference.
