Good but sometimes there are homeless people around there. Like this one Vietnamese lady (who has a homeless look and expression) always sits outside by one of the tables there everyday as well as this one guy who swings his arms always goes there all the times. Both of them with no mask.
This shop is the local gambling Mecca! Donuts are Okay, too.

Delicious donuts at value price and very friendly service. But just wish they close or block off their indoor tables, I saw a man dining indoor with mask off.
Staff is very welcoming ?And its my Favorite place to get a ham and cheese croissant
